Right after renting a car at Jeju Airport, I headed straight to Tamna Udon Butcher's Restaurant, a local favorite!

I heard they serve affordable Jeju Nohyeong black pork, so I rushed over! ➡️

Exterior & Parking

It's less than a 10-minute drive from Jeju Airport! So close that it would be great to come here for a final black pork meal before heading home.

The parking lot is spacious with wide parking lines, so even beginner drivers should be able to park comfortably.

The owner generously opens the parking lot for free to residents outside of business hours. Such a kind gesture! I'm definitely going back to support this affordable Jeju black pork spot!

Interior & Menu

I visited during the early dinner hours and there was only one table occupied, but more and more customers kept coming in as I ate. It seems like a truly authentic local restaurant!

Some older gentlemen came in and seemed to be regulars, as they were quite friendly with the owner.

Since it's a butcher's restaurant, the prices are very reasonable!

They offer a variety of options, including:

Especially during lunchtime, they have amazing deals on Korean Beef Bulgogi Hot Pot, Black Pork Stir-fry, and Korean Beef Soup. The value for money is incredible!

They immediately set up the side dishes when you sit down, including kimchi, bean sprouts, seaweed, and pickled onions. The kimchi tasted homemade!

Fresh liver and tripe are served as a complimentary appetizer.

Personally, I'm not a huge fan of tripe, but I love fresh liver, so I was thrilled to get it as a service! It was so fresh and delicious without any fishy taste.

✅ Black Pork Belly + Black Pork Shoulder + Special Cuts (Medium) - 1kg for ₩59,000

Jeju black pork can often be pricey, but I finally found an affordable Jeju black pork place!

You can enjoy 1kg of black pork belly, black pork shoulder, and black pork special cuts all at once!

During my visit, the special cuts included pork skirt meat and ribs.

They recommended placing the ribs on the side to cook longer and eating the shoulder meat and the fattier skirt meat together for a delicious combination.

They kept grilling the meat so it wouldn't run out!

I also ordered some Jeju Makgeolli to enjoy with the meal.

They said to grill the mushrooms whole to keep them juicy, and then cut them with scissors to eat!✌️

It's so delicious to dip the pork in Mel젓 (fermented anchovy sauce) and wrap it in lettuce with onions and garlic!

This affordable Jeju black pork restaurant is like a place where locals would casually come out in slippers to eat! It's truly a local favorite!

✅ Radish Cold Noodle Soup (Yeolmu Naengmyeon) - ₩7,000

While many people eat Naengmyeon (cold noodles) with meat, I was craving the refreshing Radish Cold Noodle Soup, so I ordered it! The noodles come served in a frosty, ice-cold broth.

You definitely have to eat Yeolmu Guksu (radish noodle soup) during the summer! It's even better when you wrap it around the meat!

The quality of the meat is so good that it's hard to believe it's affordable Jeju Nohyeong black pork!

I ate it wrapped in lettuce, with noodles, and even gnawed on the ribs!

There was so much meat that I took a lot of photos! The meat is high-grade because it's a butcher's restaurant, and it's even better because it's affordable Jeju black pork!

I couldn't leave any behind, even with the generous portion!

I finished everything and left feeling satisfied! This is a Jeju restaurant that locals frequent!
