Hello! Today, I visited "Smoketown Itaewon," where you can enjoy authentic American BBQ near Itaewon Station.

It's a 3-minute walk from Exit 2 of Itaewon Station, on your left.

Walking straight from Itaewon Station Exit 2, I found Smoketown, a large Texas BBQ restaurant and a well known Itaewon spot.
At the entrance, they had several promotion coupons.
They offer a free salad (S size) for birthday coupons, a 3,000 KRW discount coupon for signing up for notifications, and a 5% gift certificate for group reservations of 10 or more!
Weekend coupon benefits include a free soft drink or 1+1 wine or craft beer. Only one coupon per table per day can be used, and it's available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays when ordering a platter.
There are many discounts, making it a great place for gatherings with family or friends.
I noticed some foreigners enjoying wine and simple meals. As it's in Itaewon, many foreigners visit, and they seemed to have a wide selection of wines.
Many celebrity autographs were on the wall, which made me even more excited about the BBQ!
They also sell merchandise like t-shirts and hats.
Smoketown Itaewon, a popular spot in Hannam-dong and Itaewon, has a spacious interior with comfortable sofa seating, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
There are many tables, making it suitable for large groups.

They primarily serve BBQ platters, but also offer pasta and sandwiches. You can also mix and match other menu items with the 1-person platter.
They also have additional items such as soup and salad during lunchtime (11:30 AM to 4:00 PM).

The 2-meat platter for two allows you to choose two types of meat and three sides.

We ordered pulled pork and smoked chicken with coleslaw, potato salad, and fried rice as our sides.

Our 2-meat platter for two arrived! It comes with bread, pickles, and pickled onions as a base. The sides we chose were:

I recommend choosing your sides with the bread in mind.
At Smoketown Itaewon, a popular restaurant in Itaewon and Hannam-dong, they bake their bread in-house. This made it extra soft and moist.
The smoked chicken was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and had a wonderful smoky aroma. It tasted even better with the bread and coleslaw!
The pulled pork was finely shredded, making it easy to eat. It had no unpleasant odors and had a rich, savory flavor.
Overall, the atmosphere was great, the restaurant was clean, and the food was delicious and well-prepared.
