Hello, this is Dodone Unnie :D
Today, I'm reviewing Ryoko, a popular omurice restaurant in Gyeongju's Hwangridan-gil that welcomes dogs!
Ryoko is located at 24, Cheomseong-ro 99beon-gil, Gyeongju, Gyeongbuk.
Hours: 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM
Break Time: 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM
Last Order: 8:30 PM
Pet-friendly
This popular restaurant in Hwangridan-gil allows dogs and often has a waiting line!
The interior was more spacious than I expected, and they guided us to a table based on the number of people.
The menu consists of five items including sides: Ryoko Tenderloin Katsu, Gnocchi Noodles, Ryoko Omurice, Rose Curry, and Fried Shrimp (side).
We ordered the Ryoko Omurice + Gnocchi Noodles + Fried Shrimp!
The Gnocchi Noodles came out first. It was a stir-fried udon dish with seafood and vegetables.
To be honest, the seafood was just a bit of squid and shrimp. But it had a slight wok hei (smoky flavor) from the oyster sauce, making it a decent dish.
Next, the fluffy Ryoko Omurice was covered in buttery eggs, making it very soft!
Inside, it was a moist omurice fried rice. The sauce had a slightly sweet taste, so I recommend it as a great omurice restaurant!
Finally, the side of fried shrimp was freshly fried, making it tender and savory!
Even though we went during break time, it was a popular restaurant with a waiting line! Ryoko in Hwangridan-gil is dog-friendly.
