Hello! Today, I would like to introduce a budget-friendly black pig restaurant in Aewol, Jeju Island!

My daughter has been singing about black pig for a while, so we decided to go out to Aewol for a meal and enjoy the fresh air.

However, since it was just before payday, I had to be careful with my spending.

I did some research to find a place with reasonable prices and made a reservation.

We ended up ordering 600g of black pig, including pork neck, sirloin, and belly, and it only cost us around 60,000 won! Isn’t that incredibly cheap?

The value for money was exceptional, and the side dishes and meat were delicious. I felt grateful for bringing my daughter along.

1. Location of the Black Pig Restaurant in Aewol

Driving with my daughter after a long time felt great, especially with the beautiful sea view outside the window.

The restaurant is located right next to Aewol Coastal Road.

To my surprise, the restaurant was right in front of the sea, which was unexpected given its low prices.

My daughter, who had been studying all vacation, was so happy to see the ocean that she was jumping for joy.

2. Cozy Interior Atmosphere

After parking in the restaurant's dedicated lot, I was amazed by the cozy and warm interior design.

The restaurant featured:

  • Volcanic rock walls
  • Checkered tile flooring
  • A view of a garden and the blue sea through the windows

It felt more like a stay at a Jeju guesthouse than a restaurant, with cute decorations everywhere.

Even my teenage daughter exclaimed how beautiful it was and was busy taking photos.

3. Affordable Menu Prices

While exploring the interior, my stomach started rumbling, prompting us to sit down and order.

The menu prices were:

  • Assorted Black Pig (600g): 66,000 won
  • Black Pork Belly (400g): 33,000 won
  • Whole Mackerel (180g): 20,000 won

While I knew the prices were low, I was astonished by how cheap everything was.

We ordered the largest portion, the assorted black pig, along with kimchi stew.

4. Generous Side Dishes

As soon as we ordered, the staff set up a generous amount of side dishes that left me speechless.

The side dishes included:

  • Seaweed salad
  • Radish salad
  • White kimchi
  • Vegetable wraps
  • Radish wraps
  • Organic salad greens

There were so many side dishes that there was hardly any space left on the table.

5. Assorted Black Pig Set

While tasting the side dishes, the main dish, the assorted black pig set, arrived.

The set included:

  • Sirloin
  • Pork neck
  • Pork belly
  • King oyster mushrooms
  • Chili peppers

The quantity was overwhelming, and my daughter wondered if we could finish it all.

But with such low prices, we decided to dig in.

6. Kimchi Stew

As we were devouring the meat, the kimchi stew arrived just in time to refresh our palates.

The spicy broth was perfect for balancing out the richness of the meat.

7. Honest Review

After eating until we were full, we were shocked that the total bill was under 70,000 won.

This place truly offers great value for money!

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was, and I plan to bring my husband next time.

I'm so glad to have discovered this amazing restaurant!

Make sure to visit if you’re in Aewol!
