While enjoying a trip to Jeju, there are moments when you crave the savory taste of beef, especially after indulging in black pork or seafood. After wandering around all day, I felt a bit drained and wanted to replenish my protein intake, so I visited Uhwa, a restaurant famous for its Jeju beef.

Its proximity to the airport makes it easily accessible, and the allure of enjoying high-quality beef in unlimited quantities was truly appealing.

Even though it was peak dinner time and the restaurant was quite busy, the spacious and comfortable environment allowed us to quickly find a seat.

The luxurious baby chairs and tableware were thoughtfully prepared, adding to the overall experience!

After ordering the main menu, the real charm of Uhwa lies not only in the meat but also in the buffet-style side dishes. They had delicious options like tteokbokki, fried chicken, and freshly made tempura.

I couldn't stop eating these tasty sides, which were even better than what you'd find at most snack shops. When I wanted a little variation from the meat, pairing it with fried rice or tempura created an endless cycle of deliciousness.

Thanks to the diverse salad bar, Uhwa is also highly recommended for family gatherings or company dinners. It offers great value for money, and drinks are priced at just 3,000 won!

As soon as the beautifully served beef arrived, my friend and I were amazed by the marbling, from sirloin to flank steak. I was initially worried that the quality might drop with unlimited refills, but that concern was unfounded.

If you want to try more of a specific cut, you can simply ask the staff, who are incredibly friendly and attentive.

Watching the bright red meat sizzle on the grill instantly lifted my travel fatigue! Pairing it with a cool beer truly felt like pure happiness. I noticed foreign travelers around us enjoying their meals, proving that good food knows no borders.

As soon as I took a bite, the tender juices melted in my mouth, and the beautiful marbling infused with charcoal flavor was a feast for the eyes!

The unique flavor of the beef intensified with each bite, offering a rich yet clean taste. It was so tender that it vanished in no time.

Even a light dip in salt brought out the meat's natural umami flavor, making it impossible to stop eating. The perfect ratio of fat to lean meat filled my mouth with a delicious sensation!

The bibim naengmyeon had a sweet and spicy sauce that clung perfectly to the chewy noodles, enhancing the flavor. Wrapping a piece of well-cooked meat in it created a delightful finale!

During our meal, we received a beef doenjang jjigae from a review event, which was a fantastic addition. The rich broth and generous beef made for a deep umami flavor, especially when mixed with warm rice—it was truly a rice thief!

To top it off, I savored some sweet ice cream, leaving me completely satisfied. If you’re tired of black pork in Jeju or want to enjoy a hearty beef meal at a great price, Uhwa is the place to go. With high-quality meat, a variety of side dishes, and excellent service, it’s a perfect choice!
