I'm not sure if it's been open for a couple of months or maybe half a year. I was always curious about this place because there was always a line.
It seems like the lines have gotten shorter lately. It's a chain restaurant, and the exterior is decorated with pot lids and a lot of soju bottles.

They have seating for people waiting outside and even provide drinks for them. The drink tastes like barley tea, which is a nice touch.
They sell Premium Pork Belly and Pork Shoulder for ₩14,000. They also have a menu sample on the wall that shows noodle options.
The noodle options are Neoguri, Shin Ramyun, Buldak, Bibim Myeon, and Gganjjamppong. For drinks, they have Fanta, Sprite, Coke Zero, and Tonic Water. It seems like they're preventing people from asking what they have!

When you get to your table, they have a well-explained guide on how to eat.
We also added water parsley (minari). They provide seasoned green onions, sliced onions, chili peppers, kimchi, bean sprouts, and lettuce wraps.
The kimchi and bean sprouts are for grilling. The paper placemat says that good meat tastes good, regardless of aging.

Is it just me, or does cooking on a pot lid make it taste better?
The staff greases the pot lid and grills everything for you. All you have to do is eat (but you need to grill a bit yourself).
Unless you really like water parsley, the portion they give you is probably too much. I wonder if you're supposed to eat the stem part of the water parsley... Anyway, they give you a ton of it!

They give you so much water parsley, so keep that in mind when ordering.
Grilling the kimchi, bean sprouts, and water parsley together in the pork fat is very delicious.
The color is amazing!

This half-and-half cold noodle dish (8,000 won) is brilliant! It's half spicy cold noodles and half chilled noodles, but the chilled noodles were more delicious.
Also, it seems like they're giving out free drinks for review events, so keep that in mind.

Mokgumeong Seoul National University Station Branch. It was delicious!
