Today, I visited Milyeo Don, a popular Hanam Misa BBQ restaurant known for its delicious aged meat and charcoal grill, with my sister!

It's located in Woosung Misa Tower, making it easily accessible.

Exploring the Menu
After ordering, the basic setting comes out first.
They provide lettuce and perilla leaf pickles, onions, three types of sauces, and side dishes such as white kimchi, which are good to eat with meat.
I liked that there were many side dishes to eat with the meat.
After setting up the side dishes, the charcoal grill is set up first~
A special sauce for dipping the meat also comes out.
The Misa charcoal grilled meat that I ordered has arrived!
I ordered two servings, and it comes with garlic and shishito peppers.
Put the meat on the well-heated charcoal grill!
The meat cooks quickly because the fire is strong.
However, I'm terrible at grilling meat, so the owner grilled it for me ^_^
The owner is the best~
When it's cooked to a certain extent, cut the meat into bite-sized pieces!
Even though the meat is thick, it cooks well because the fire is strong.
If you grill it to some extent after cutting it, the meat will be cooked deliciously!
It's almost all cooked, so now you can eat it one by one!

The pork belly is thick and full of juicy aged meat.
There is no unpleasant smell, and even if you eat it without any sauce, the juice bursts out.
It melts in your mouth!
When I dipped it in the special sauce that came with it, the savory taste doubled!!
It has a slightly spicy taste, but it's not too spicy so even young children can eat it.
It feels like it just catches the greasiness of the pork belly!!
It's also delicious to wrap it in onion pickles or lettuce.
When I ate it with ssamjang (Korean dipping sauce) and onion pickles, I kept eating it????
The Doenjang Jjigae (Soybean Paste Stew) that I ordered also came out!
The Doenjang Jjigae almost tasted like Cheonggukjang (Fermented Soybean Stew)!
The soup has a strong, rich and savory taste,
It's so delicious because it contains various vegetables such as tofu, mushrooms, and zucchini.
The owner gave us pork rind as a service, so I ate a lot of pork rind!!
The pork rind was so chewy and bouncy that the texture was so good.
They provide a sauce like Dakgangjeong sauce (Sweet Crispy Chicken) and soybean powder together.
It's really delicious when you eat it with soybean powder!
The unique oily taste of pork rind and the savory soybean powder go perfectly together.
The last menu I ate was Tiger Shrimp!
They gave us butter, so after grilling the butter, apply the butter to the shrimp
Grill the shrimp.
The shrimp size is very large and the color is good.
The flesh is full and it has a savory taste, so I was able to eat it very deliciously.
