Among the many delicious restaurants in Seoul, one place that always comes to mind is Eunhaenggol! As a huge sushi lover, experiencing their soft, melt-in-your-mouth sushi was pure bliss.

The tuna belly sushi, in particular, was a masterpiece thanks to their perfect thawing technique. It was both chewy and tender, transporting me to another world with every bite. The joy I felt eating this sushi is truly indescribable! It made me realize how different sushi can be, even when it's the same type.

Eunhaenggol accepts reservations, but luckily, on the day I visited, I was able to walk right in without any waiting!

They also accommodate large groups, making it perfect for gatherings with friends or family. Sampling various types of sushi while chatting was wonderful, and it was a delightful time spent with a friend I hadn't seen in a while. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, making me feel relaxed throughout the meal. I'm definitely going back!

The sushi made with incredibly fresh ingredients tasted truly exceptional. The "air layer" sushi technique, where the sushi rice and sauce blend harmoniously, made it even more delicious.

I was reminded once again that freshness is the key to great taste. I'm so grateful to be able to enjoy such delicious and healthy food in the middle of a bustling city. Next time, I want to try even more items on the menu!

The staff at Eunhaenggol were incredibly friendly! They always had a smile on their faces when taking orders and serving food, which made me feel even better. Their attentiveness to customers was truly impressive. Such meticulous service made for a perfect meal, giving me plenty of reason to return. I feel so lucky to be able to enjoy authentic sushi in a place like this!

Considering the quality of the sushi, I thought the price was very reasonable. I felt so lucky to have discovered such excellent sushi. The price is also comfortable for solo diners, so I want to visit again anytime. Discovering a great restaurant to share is truly a form of healing!

Eating the sushi here made me truly appreciate the charm of fresh ingredients. Eating sushi that melts in your mouth was absolute bliss. If you love sushi, you'll have no choice but to visit again and again. It would be even more enjoyable with family or friends. This restaurant has been added to my list of favorite places to revisit!
