Three great places to enjoy a lunch course at Lotte Department Store Incheon

I stopped by Lotte Department Store Incheon on the weekend and tried three places in a row at the B1 food court.

‘Uchuujin’, famous for its dolsot bibimbap, ‘GUO Dumplings’, popular for its juicy dumplings,

And finally, I finished with ‘Beurre Beurre’ ice cream.

It was the perfect combination for lunch, whether as a single meal or as a course.

I ordered the Dolsot Kimchi Bibimbap Set (₩16,900).

The hot dolsot sizzles as it arrives,

And the combination of kimchi, flying fish roe, and egg yolk creates an explosion of savory flavor.

The set also includes mini udon and yu-rin cutlet, making it a substantial meal,

The udon noodles are chewy, and the yu-rin cutlet is refreshing thanks to the tangy sauce.

It's a hearty set that's perfect for a meal, and I'm 100% willing to visit again.

And was very satisfied with the rich but not too salty broth.

🥢 GUO Dumplings – An Intense Bite of Juicy Grilled Dumplings

Next, I visited GUO Juicy Grilled Dumplings Incheon Branch.

I ordered the signature Half & Half Saengjeonpo (Meat 2 + Shrimp 2, ₩11,000).

The outside is crispy, but the inside is full of juicy broth,

And when you take a bite, the hot aroma of meat fills your mouth.

In particular, the shrimp saengjeonpo had a chewy texture because it was made with whole shrimp added to the meat dumplings.

It's also great for a quick snack or to satisfy your hunger while shopping.

I could feel the deep flavor to the point that the phrase “broth bomb” wasn't an exaggeration.

After the meal, I finished with Beurre Beurre ice cream.

This ice cream uses French butter, and you can taste the savory and smooth flavor of butter with just one bite.

The menu I ordered was

Joseon Rice Single Cup (₩4,700) – The savory and chewy texture is attractive,

O! Lemonji Single Cup (₩4,700) – It was refreshing and perfect as a palate cleanser.

After a meal, I recommend ‘Joseon Rice’ ice cream, and ‘O! Lemonji’ on a hot day.

You can eat it right away in the store's seating area after purchasing.

Based on my experience today, these three places were really perfect as a lunch recommendation course at Lotte Department Store Incheon.

From Uchuujin's dolsot bibimbap, GUO Dumplings' juicy dumplings, to Beurre Beurre's butter ice cream —

I was able to enjoy “three satisfactions” in one place.

In particular, it only takes about 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes to enjoy all three places at a leisurely pace,

The biggest advantage was that it can be easily enjoyed by busy office workers or during a short lunch break while shopping.

The satisfaction is high compared to the price, and the harmony between the menus is so good that I will definitely visit again.
