Located in Guro Digital Complex, Josun Hwaro House is the place to be! Today, I'm trying their Beef Short Rib Set Meal and the Josun Premium Set.
After work, I hurried to this popular restaurant, anticipating the sizzling grill amidst the beautiful sunset.
Stepping in with a light heart, I wondered what flavors awaited me...
1. Crispy Ribs and Fluffy Side Dishes
My first impression was the incredible aroma! The smoky scent the moment I entered Josun Hwaro House was truly intense.
Looking at the menu, the Beef Short Rib Set Meal immediately caught my eye.
Grilled over charcoal, the beef short ribs were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! One bite, and it melts in your mouth... a truly indescribable taste.
The soybean paste stew ( 된장찌개 ) that came as a side dish was far from ordinary.
It had a rich, deep flavor, enhanced by the various vegetables, making me crave spoonful after spoonful.
The combination of the stew and rice was perfect!

Now, imagine ordering the Josun Premium Set...
Can you picture it? A piece of meat, a piece of vegetable, and crispy side dishes... It's like a 'picnic'! The set menu also guarantees fresh vegetables along with the meat, which made me very happy.
The sizzling sound of the meat grilling on the hot plate! That sound alone makes your stomach rumble.
Various meats are mixed, but what captured my heart was the garlic! The garlic, grilled with the meat, released a new charm.
It wasn't just eating meat; the unique savory flavor of the garlic made me realize this was a real culinary gem.

I was sad that this delicious journey had to end here.
Even though I didn't pay for it myself, Josun Hwaro House was so delicious! Next time, I'll come with friends to share and enjoy even more.
