When my younger sibling worked at Incheon Airport, they lived in Geomdan New Town. I'm going to introduce you to a restaurant they recommended to me!

It's called Kim Sukseong Geomdan New Town, a retro-style restaurant with great value for money.

They use high-quality Korean pork that's been aged, so the meat is incredibly delicious! Definitely worth a visit.

With the weather getting cooler these days, dining outside feels fantastic. It's especially great for late-night meals, making it the perfect spot to visit in the autumn. 😉

You can park in the Golden Square building's underground parking lot.

Perhaps it's because the pork is aged, but the texture is incredibly chewy and delicious!

They dry-age the meat for 4 days and wet-age it for 16 days, aging it for a minimum of 20 days. They put so much care into the aging process, there's no way it can't taste amazing!

The meat options include thick-cut pork shoulder, pork belly, and pork skirt.

The special set menu includes pork jowl!

Minari (water dropwort) and well-aged kimchi are served together, which is a great way to enjoy a refreshing taste!

I love side dishes and vegetables to accompany my meat, so I especially appreciate the inclusion of minari. ❤️

They even have a minari pancake on the side menu!

It looks crispy and flavorful, I bet it's delicious!😋
