I'd always noticed this place was busy when passing through Samdeok-dong, so I finally decided to give it a try! The exterior is clean and stylish.
As the weather gets nicer, it looks like a great spot to eat outdoors. The atmosphere is great! Definitely a good place for outdoor dining.
The interior is quite spacious, with seating for up to 96 people, including the outdoor area! I saw people having group gatherings and families dining out. It's a popular place.
Both the indoor and outdoor seating areas are decorated in a pojangmacha (street stall) style, which made the food even more enjoyable.
I especially liked that they serve seasonal sashimi. The fish is aged at a low temperature for at least 4 hours, which was perfect for someone like me who loves aged sashimi.
They have a variety of menu items, including sashimi, side dishes, and alcoholic beverages.
They also have a lot of fresh seafood.
I ordered SeonYang Soju, and the owner brought out a limited-edition SeonYang Soju glass, saying they're hard to find these days and they got it before it became popular! If you like SeonYang Soju, you should visit Jin Samdeok Fish Market.
Jin Samdeok Fish Market is also famous for its generous spread of side dishes (tsukidashi).

They serve a tremendous amount of side dishes. If you're a small eater, you might get full before even trying the sashimi!
They provide three different kinds of dipping sauces. They make all their sauces and side dishes themselves!
I ordered a small portion of aged sashimi. The price varies slightly depending on the type of fish, and the owner was very helpful in explaining everything.
I chose Amberjack, Sea Bass, and Flounder.
I picked mainly seasonal fish. It was my first time trying Amberjack, so I was excited.
They also provide a special Yukjang sauce, which tastes great just dipping the sashimi in it, or wrapping it in seaweed. This sauce goes well with everything!
They use mostly fresh, domestic ingredients, so you can eat with peace of mind.
