Today's order:
Woosamgyeop (beef belly) Budae Hot Pot for 4 (₩52,000)
We visited with four people, and one of us knew what was good.
So we ordered the Woosamgyeop Budae Hot Pot!
Almost immediately after ordering,
they brought out the rice and side dishes.
Especially the braised fish cakes and bean sprouts were amazing!
They don't seem heavily seasoned,
but they're savory and delicious.

It has rice, broth, ramen noodles, and refills for the side dishes.
You can take as much ramen noodles as you want.
(But let's not waste food for the environment!)
I refilled the fish cakes a whopping 3 times...
(Seriously, the owner is an amazing cook!)

It's generously filled with bacon, ham, and woosamgyeop (beef belly).
It also comes with two slices of cheese, garlic, and green onions on top.
Close the lid and wait a little while,
and a delicious bubbling Budae Hot Pot is ready!
I liked that there were a lot of toppings like ham, cabbage, sausage, and woosamgyeop.
I especially like to eat the ramen and glass noodles with rice in a large bowl instead of a small plate.
