With restaurant prices soaring these days, it's daunting for big-eating families like ours to enjoy Korean BBQ. All-you-can-eat places are tempting, but the quality often leaves something to be desired. ????

But I have a solution that completely eliminates these worries! I highly recommend a Korean BBQ restaurant in Yeonsu-dong called <Hanbak Goong>! It's already a well-known local favorite.

This place is so popular that it underwent an expansion to become even more spacious and pleasant! If you're looking for a great restaurant in Yeonsu-dong, this is it.

Let me tell you in detail why I recommend it :)

Location & Parking

Here's the location information. Parking is available in the building, and the restaurant is located on the second floor.

They are open from 11 AM to 10 PM, with no break time, so you can visit comfortably for lunch or dinner. ~~~~????

Atmosphere

I heard they expanded, and it's definitely spacious and clean!! Even with many customers, we were able to enjoy our meal comfortably. ㅎㅎㅎ

One side has a refill corner for fresh vegetables and side dishes.

You could easily finish a bowl of rice with just the side dishes! ????

These delicious-looking side dishes are all-you-can-eat!

I was so happy to see japchae (glass noodles) and salad,

And with unlimited mul-kimchi (water kimchi), kimchi jjigae (kimchi stew), and rice, you can really eat your fill.

Such generous portions! ????????

They even have a variety of sauces ready!!

Inside, there are also group seating areas, making it suitable for company dinners or group gatherings!

The All-You-Can-Eat Set A is ₩22,000 per adult.

My 6-year-old child was ₩10,000, and

My 4-year-old was free!!

Not only can you refill on samgyeopsal (pork belly), but you can also choose one from suyuk bossam (boiled pork), galbijjim (braised short ribs), jeyuk (spicy pork), or ganjang bulgogi (soy sauce marinated beef), making it even more generous...!!

And if you visit between 11 AM and 3 PM, you can eat even more economically with the lunch special.

It made me think I should visit for lunch next time.

They confidently display the origin of ingredients - all domestically sourced!!

But the price is also reasonable, making it a popular local restaurant. ????

They asked if we wanted curry, but they had already prepared so much food that we didn't ask for it,,,!!! ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

We chose the suyuk from the All-You-Can-Eat Set A!

The table setting they first gave us felt like a traditional Korean set meal from the decoration. ????

Starting with the salad and japchae, everything was meticulously prepared,

and you could feel the care put into each side dish.???

How can an all-you-can-eat place have such high quality?! Isn't that cheating? lol

Soon after, the suyuk arrived!!!

Suyuk is not refillable, but they gave us a generous portion, so it was great for a taste before eating the samgyeopsal.

And just like a real bossam, they even included bossam kimchi and fermented seafood!

They really know their stuff! ㅠㅠㅠ!

Eating the bossam with fresh lettuce wraps felt like I was at a Korean set meal restaurant.

With lettuce, perilla leaves, garlic, chili peppers, seasoned green onion, kimchi, etc., the side dishes and fresh vegetables are also unlimited, so it's very satisfying.

Also, we visited with children,

and they not only had children's plates and utensils available but also served us a complimentary plate of ham, rolled omelet,

kim, and seaweed soup for them! ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ So touching!

It was composed of only dishes that children like,

and even though my second child didn't have to pay, they took such good care of us, which was heartwarming.????????

You can really see that they care and treat you like family.

Also, just like in the reviews, the staff was friendly

and loved the children.

Actually, the food we ordered was also good for children to eat, but thanks to the special meal they prepared for them,

we were able to eat so comfortably and were deeply impressed. ㅠ

That's why I highly recommend it for family dining.????

And soon after, the grilled samgyeopsal came out!!

The taste of the meat exceeded my expectations.

Unlike the frozen meat you often see at all-you-can-eat restaurants,

it was fresh, A-grade, domestically sourced raw meat,

so it was juicy and savory.?!

On top of that, it was served pre-grilled, so we didn't have to suffer from the smoke and grease of grilling the meat ourselves,

making it a clean and enjoyable experience.

It's so chaotic to grill meat when you come with children, so it was great. ㅎㅎㅎ

The meat was constantly warmed on a warmer, so we could eat it warm.

Eating it with the side dishes was so delicious!!!

There was so much to eat that it felt like they were just giving everything away,

and with the high-quality side dishes and main dishes,

I realized once again why it's such a popular local restaurant. :)
