Hello everyone! Today, I'm going to review Gosaengkkeut Salt Grill, a restaurant in Seomyeon, Busan that offers great value for money.

When looking for a good Korean BBQ place in Seomyeon, Busan, I usually check the quality of the meat and the location first.

Gosaengkkeut Salt Grill, which I recently visited, satisfied both of these conditions. It's very close to Seomyeon Station, making it easy to access, and it has a wide variety of meats to choose from.

In particular, I think those who like black pork will be very satisfied with Gosaengkkeut Salt Grill. I fell in love with black pork after eating it here.

Location: 1st floor, 190, Jeonpo-daero, Busanjin-gu, Busan

Hours: 16:00-03:00 / Last order 02:30, Every Thursday: 16:00-23:00

1. Affordable Jirisan Black Pork

The biggest advantage of Gosaengkkeut Salt Grill is that you can taste Jirisan black pork salt grill at a reasonable price. Black pork restaurants are usually expensive, but here you can enjoy it without burden.

In addition, Jirisan black pork is composed of pork belly, pork neck, salt grill, and special parts, so you can taste all parts at once. Thanks to this rich composition, you can fully enjoy the unique and diverse flavors of black pork.

Sometimes restaurants that only have black pork can feel limited in choice, right? Here, there are also domestic pork belly, pork neck, raw pork ribs, and beef ribs, so you can choose a menu that suits your taste.

The meat at Gosaengkkeut Salt Grill in Seomyeon and Jeonpo-dong is all made with high-quality domestic pork. All meat is grilled in a large cauldron lid, so heat transfer is even and you can better feel the original taste of the meat.

2. Popular Menu at Gosaengkkeut Salt Grill

On this visit, I chose the Premium Jirisan Black Pork Platter. The composition of the cuts was so diverse that I could feel different textures and flavors with each bite, so there was no time to be bored.

The pork belly had a deep, rich flavor of fat. The pork neck had a firm texture and a memorable savory taste.

Personally, I especially enjoyed the salt grill, where I could taste the original flavor of black pork most cleanly. The last special part had a flavor that burst with every chew, and it was a taste that made me exclaim, "Wow!"

Perhaps because they only use fresh meat, not frozen, the meat texture was firm and the juices were alive. Thanks to this, it was a place where I could have a satisfying meal after a long time.

3. Side Dishes are Substantial Too!

Eating only meat can be a bit greasy, but here, the kimchi stew provides a spicy and refreshing taste. A particularly good point is that you can add noodle to the kimchi stew.

Boiling and eating the noodles made for a perfectly spicy finish after eating meat. Personally, I thought it was a really good idea to add these noodles.

If you order kimchi stew here, be sure to order the noodles. I tend to look for carbohydrates when I drink alcohol, so I may have been even more satisfied.

It would be disappointing if there was no cold noodle dish as a dessert at a Korean BBQ restaurant, right? Here, cold radish noodles are available.

The unique sourness and crispness of the radish were alive, and it boasted a perfect combination when eaten with noodles. The broth was so clean that there was nothing better to cleanse your mouth after eating meat.

4. Self-Bar & Review Event

Oh! And there is also a self-corner in one part of Gosaengkkeut Salt Grill in Seomyeon and Jeonpo-dong. You can bring basic side dishes and vegetables as you like, so you can use it comfortably throughout your meal.

I was even more satisfied because it was composed of side dishes that go well with meat, such as green onion salad and kimchi. The self-corner was always clean because the staff managed it from time to time.

Currently, there is also a 3,000 won discount event when writing a review. The meat price is already good, but with the discount applied, the cost-effectiveness definitely increases.

5. Overall Review

Overall, Gosaengkkeut Salt Grill is a great restaurant where you can taste Jirisan black pork in various cuts. In addition, there is also domestic pork and beef ribs, so there is a wide range of menu choices.

The location is right next to Seomyeon Station, so it is perfect for using public transportation or as a meeting place. In addition, it is close to Jeonpo-dong Cafe Street, so you can enjoy a cafe tour before and after your meal.

Despite being able to eat high-quality meat, there is also a substantial side menu. In particular, I recommend trying the kimchi stew and radish cold noodles as they are as delicious as the black pork.

The meat itself is reasonably priced, and there is also a self-corner and a review event. Therefore, I think there is no better value-for-money restaurant in Seomyeon, Busan.

If you are planning to eat meat in Seomyeon, Jeonpo-dong, it is a restaurant that you will not regret visiting, so be sure to go!

Then, I hope you eat delicious meat and have a pleasant night.
