Today, I'm going to introduce a Chuncheon restaurant located in Seoksa-dong, Chuncheon-si!!!

It's called 'Dugeori Usintang Chuncheon Branch'.

This place is a Usintang, or hot pot, 맛집 (matjib - famous restaurant) where you can enjoy a hearty meal when you're craving a spicy and generous broth!

Today, I was craving spicy and tender braised short ribs, so I tried the steamed menu called Usinjjim (Usin-steamed ribs).

So, let me introduce 'Dugeori Usintang Chuncheon Branch' where I completely fell in love with the spicy Usinjjim.

Dugeori Usintang Chuncheon Branch Location and Parking Information!

Arrived at 'Dugeori Usintang Chuncheon Branch' during dinner time.

This place is located near Seoksa Intersection in Seoksa-dong, Chuncheon.

If you come a little further from Seoksa Intersection in the direction of Gyodae (Chuncheon National University of Education), you can find it right away on the right side of the main street.

There is a large dedicated parking lot in front of the building, so you can conveniently park in the location you want~

I was curious why the company name is 'Dugeori Usintang'.

Dugeori is the old name of Dugok Village in Ongdong-myeon, Jeongeup-si, where Dugeori's wife was born.

It is said to be an independent brand with registered trademark rights~

Usintang, Dugeori's wife's signature spicy beef soup, is the specialty, so it's called 'Dugeori Usintang'.

In addition, there are various menus such as Usin hot pot, Galbitang (rib soup), special hot pot, and Usinjjim (Usin-steamed ribs) that I'm eating today.

Dugeori Usintang directly prepares it at the franchise store every day, so please keep in mind that you can eat fresh broth and ribs every day~

As for side dishes, there are 4 kinds of side dishes: Kkakdugi (cubed radish kimchi), salted squid, and perilla leaf 백김치 (baek kimchi - white kimchi).

At first glance, there didn't seem to be much meat

When I flipped it over once with the tongs

There's an enormous amount of meat coming out~

As expected, I tasted a sip of the broth first

I exclaim, "Keueu~~~!"

It's spicy and refreshing, it's the best!!
