It's called 'Dugeori Usintang Chuncheon Branch'.
This is a Usintang (spicy beef rib stew) or hot pot restaurant where you can enjoy a hearty and spicy soup when you're craving it!
Today, I was craving spicy and tender braised ribs, so I tried the Jjim (braised) menu called Usin-jjim.
Now, let me introduce 'Dugeori Usintang Chuncheon Branch,' where I completely fell in love with the spicy Usin-jjim!

Arrived at 'Dugeori Usintang Chuncheon Branch' during dinner time.
This place is located near Seoksa Intersection in Seoksa-dong, Chuncheon.
If you come a little further from Seoksa Intersection towards the National University of Education, you can easily find it on the right side of the main road.
Parking is convenient with a large dedicated parking lot in front of the building. Just park in your desired spot!
I was curious why the name is 'Dugeori Usintang.' Dugeori is the old name of Dugok Village in Ongdong-myeon, Jeongeup-si, where Mrs. Dugeori was born.
It's a unique brand with registered trademark~
Usintang, Mrs. Dugeori's own spicy beef soup, is their specialty, so it's called 'Dugeori Usintang.'

There are about 2 tables near the entrance, and there are two large rooms on both sides.
All of them have plenty of tables, so it seemed very suitable for Chuncheon company dinners or group gatherings.
The ordered menu was set up shortly after, and all the simple side dishes appeared.
There are a total of 4 side dishes: Kkakdugi (cubed radish kimchi), squid jeotgal (salted seafood), perilla leaf kimchi.
In particular, the well-ripened Kkakdugi was so delicious!
Refills are available as much as you want, so just enjoy it.

When the broth starts to boil, put in the shabu-shabu meat first and boil it again.
I tasted a sip of the broth, and I couldn't help but order soju right away^^

Then the delicious Usin-jjim is complete!!!
At first glance, there didn't seem to be much meat, but when I flipped it over with tongs,
There was an incredible amount of meat.

As expected, I tasted the soup first and shouted, "Keueu~~~!"
It's spicy and refreshing, the best!!
And at the very bottom, there was also a large radish.
It was salty like radish in braised mackerel, and it was really delicious!
