Hello everyone! Today, I'm excited to introduce Dolpung Yongin Suji, a Korean BBQ restaurant in Yongin Suji that I absolutely fell in love with. Honestly, I've been to many KBBQ places, but this one is truly exceptional. The moment I stepped inside, I was struck by the spacious and clean interior, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making for a pleasant start to the meal.

The biggest draw of Dolpung is undoubtedly its massive 50cm stone grill. Unlike regular grills, this allows you to cook a wide variety of meats at once, perfect for enjoying different cuts simultaneously. I ordered a mix of pork belly (samgyeopsal), thinly sliced beef brisket (woosamgyeop), and short rib (sogalbisal). Each meat was juicy and had absolutely no unpleasant odors, which I really appreciated. What's even better is that the staff meticulously grill the meat for you, so you don't have to worry about a thing!

The side dishes were also incredibly generous, so I never got tired of eating the meat. Fresh vegetables and a variety of sauces kept my hands reaching for more. The side dishes were delicious, and the fried rice mixed with the meat's oil was savory and flavorful. Even the complimentary coffee and iced tea at the end were perfect. I especially liked that it's a great place to visit with kids. There's a large playroom where children can have fun while you enjoy your meal, making it perfect for families. The restaurant is spacious with large tables, making it suitable for group gatherings and company dinners. Plus, there's plenty of parking, making it easily accessible and comfortable for dining with parents.

While grilling the meat on the stone plate, you can even enjoy a fire show, which is fun to watch and provides plenty of photo opportunities. When I went with my friends, everyone raved about how delicious it was.

It truly felt like a hidden gem, the kind of restaurant that's hard to find these days. You can tell that they've paid attention to every detail, from the quality of the meat to the side dish selection, service, hygiene, and atmosphere.
