Discovering Delicious Eats at Incheon Lotte Department Store Food Court

If you're looking for a great place to eat at the Incheon Lotte Department Store food court,
Uchujin is definitely worth a try!
I personally tried the Stone Pot Kimchi Rice Set and Spicy Kara Ramen,
and I was quite satisfied with the meal compared to other options in the food court :)
After visiting a cultural center with my baby,
I discovered a surprisingly good restaurant in the food court!
I entered without high expectations, being a department store food court,
but I soon understood why people flock there during meal times.
Uchujin, located in the basement of Incheon Lotte Department Store,
offers a clean menu and delicious food,
making for a satisfying meal ☺️
For the menu, you can refer to the photo above.
Since I was dining with my baby, I ordered one rice set and
spicy ramen for a hangover cure.
The Kara Ramen looked spicy right from the broth color!
Taking a bite, I found it was not just spicy; it had a nice depth of flavor.
The toppings were well-balanced with the broth and noodles,
and when paired with the rice, the combination of spiciness and richness was delightful.
It wasn't overwhelmingly spicy, and it maintained a clean taste throughout.
The Stone Pot Kimchi Rice Set consisted of mini pork cutlet, mini udon, salad, and stone pot rice,
served with basic side dishes.
As soon as it arrived, the sizzling sound caught my attention,
and the subtle nutty aroma was appetizing.
Overall, the seasoning wasn't overpowering,
and even one bowl was filling, making it a satisfying meal option.
The pork cutlet and udon that came with the set were also tasty and offered great value.
I initially thought food court meals would be light,
but Uchujin at Incheon Lotte Department Store proved to be a delicious spot for a full meal.
