Hello!

I visited Bishoku, a Korean BBQ restaurant in Gwangalli, Busan.

Bishoku in Gwangalli, Busan, is already famous for its 'snowfall' effect inside the restaurant.

I finally got to see the snow in person, which I'd only seen on Instagram! The interior of Bishoku is unique and beautiful.

The unique interior of Bishoku is reminiscent of Dogo Onsen from Spirited Away!

I made a reservation in advance for 5 PM on a weekday for two people.

Apparently, if you make a reservation through Catch Table, you can get a free meal for your dog!

(Dog strollers are required.)

Bishoku Menu

Bishoku offers course meals and set menus.

We ordered the 'Yasashi Set,' and it was plenty for two people!

The Bishoku set menu is well-composed.

If you're looking for a Korean BBQ restaurant with a great atmosphere for a family outing or a date, I highly recommend Bishoku.

The green onion salad (Pa Muchim) that comes with the meat goes perfectly and balances the richness.

My friend enjoyed the young radish kimchi (Yeolmu Kimchi). The tableware was also my style!

Each table has a mini brazier, so you can easily grill the meat yourself. The glass windows prevent the space from feeling stuffy.

The Yasashi Set includes premium ribeye, thinly sliced pork belly, and vegetables.

It's a sufficient amount for two people. The staff grilled the meat for us at first.

The first bite of the pork belly was bursting with flavor! It was so delicious.

The beef went really well with the soy sauce-based dipping sauce. I couldn't stop dipping!

Grilling one piece at a time is easy and enjoyable.

Since the pork belly is thinly sliced, you have to flip it quickly!

I wasn't planning on drinking, but one bite made me crave alcohol... So, we ordered a draft beer and a highball!

My highball had a Mickey Mouse ice cube in it! So cute!

It tasted even better with alcohol.

Bishoku in Gwangalli has a great atmosphere and delicious food.

I want to visit again!

The beef and pork are both delicious, so try both!

At 6 PM, it started snowing outside.

Adults and children all came out to watch and take pictures. The snowfall times at Bishoku are:

Weekdays: 6:30 PM, 8:30 PM

Weekends: Lunch 1 PM, Dinner every hour from 6 PM to 9 PM.

Grilling the vegetables together with the meat allowed us to enjoy a variety of flavors.

The Bishoku restroom is clean.

These days, AI is a trend. They have AI-generated photos on the walls! haha

Bishoku's draft beer and highball are Suntory!

Bishoku offers both a great interior and delicious food.

I visited on a weekday evening and had a quiet and delicious meal.

If you leave a reservation on Catch Table for a birthday or anniversary, Bishoku offers a special anniversary service, so it's a great place to visit when you want to create a special atmosphere!

Bishoku is the only place in Busan where it snows 365 days a year.

Visit at the right time to see the snowfall!
