Food Review
I ordered the Grilled Octopus Marinade and Truffle Aglio Olio.
The Grilled Octopus Marinade was truly the highlight of my visit.
It includes octopus, corn, and vegetables, with the veggies piled high on top.
The marinated octopus was lightly grilled, with no fishy taste, and had a delightful chewiness!
It was perfectly tender and paired wonderfully with the white sauce served on the side.
Each bite, with a mix of octopus, corn, and salad, was pure bliss.
The Truffle Aglio Olio was also impressive, featuring four shrimp and generous portions.
It had a nice oil base but was not overly greasy, making it enjoyable.
The truffle aroma was delightful and added a luxurious touch without being overpowering.
The shrimp were fresh and complemented the pasta perfectly.
Overall, PIMPI Seongsu is a place that satisfies both atmosphere and food.
If you're looking for a cozy dining spot in Seongsu, I highly recommend visiting!
