1. 100% Clean Natural Pork

The restaurant proudly displays a certificate stating that they only use 100% domestic clean natural pork. In a time when some places misrepresent their ingredients, it was reassuring to see the HACCP certification, ensuring safety for families with children.

Upon entering, a large showcase greets you, allowing you to see the high-quality black pork. The beautifully marbled meat is aged to enhance its flavor before being served to customers.

As I settled in, I could smell the delicious aroma of grilled meat wafting through the air, making my mouth water in anticipation.

2. Dungtangi's Presentation

After placing my order, the staff quickly brought out the grill. The use of a good quality grill made the meat even more enjoyable. Soon, the main dish, the Aewol black pork, was presented. The thick cuts had a perfect balance of fat and lean meat, creating a fantastic marbling.

When the meat was perfectly cooked, I dipped it into the sauce and savored the rich flavors. The combination of the pork's fat and the savory seasoning created an extraordinary taste.

5. Main Dishes

After filling up on meat, it was time for a refreshing meal, so we ordered cold noodles. The sight of ice floating on top was tempting. Despite being full, I could easily finish a bowl. Lastly, a hot pot of soybean paste stew with abalone and blue crab rounded off the meal beautifully.
