Daemyeong Sogopchang: My All-Time Favorite Korean 곱창 Restaurant!

Today, I'm going to introduce you to my absolute favorite Korean 곱창 (small intestine) restaurant—the one I consider the best in my life! I visited ‘Daemyeong Sogopchang’ and paid for it myself!

*Closed on Sundays*
It's just a 1-minute walk from Exit 6 of Gunja Station.
The delicious aroma of 곱창 fills the air from nearby, it's crazy tempting!ㅠ
There's no Catch Table or a sign-up sheet for waiting.
You get a waiting number and have to wait in front of the restaurant.
I arrived around 6:50 PM on a weekday, and maybe because many people had already started eating, I got in after only 30 minutes! ♡
Usually, I order items separately at other 곱창 restaurants, but here, everything is so delicious that you absolutely have to order the assorted platter!!

The side dishes are simple: onions, garlic, sauce, and chives.
And then there are perilla leaves in soy sauce, which is the real killer! It goes so well with the 곱창 ♡
Ta-da! Isn't it thick??!! The thickness is insane...!!!
If you just sit still, the staff will grill it perfectly for you.
They're so friendly that I always feel great when I go to eat there 🙂

I've never said something was delicious when it wasn't, but this place is truly x100 so savory and delicious!!
It's so big and thick, and the 곱 (fat inside the intestine) is so plentiful that the flavor is crazy...!!

Usually, at other 곱창 restaurants, the portion size is small, so I add an extra serving, but here,
Even if you order according to the number of people, you'll be full enough to die lol
You might think it's expensive, but once you eat it, it's a complete steal!!

I'm always a little sad that Daemyeong Sogopchang doesn't have any soup, but
