Craving Noodles Near Dongdaemun: A Hand-Pulled Noodle Adventure

After exploring the Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) and taking a short stroll along Cheonggyecheon Stream, I started looking for a quick bite on the way to Heunginjimun Gate...
There was a small snack bar where the path from Cheonggyecheon began, but they were serving ramen in a tin pot. The outdoor setting seemed noisy, so I passed.
I found something in the shoe alley near the entrance to the underground shopping center. Apparently, you only get the 20% discount if you go here!
You definitely need to go to this Ilpum Sonjjajang (handmade noodle) place to get the discount. They had ganjjajang (black bean noodles with sauce served separately) and yuni (minced pork noodles) too – I wonder if the discount applies to those as well?
The interior was surprisingly spacious. I felt like having a Terra beer, but I already had a lemonade earlier, so I passed on that too.
The last time I had this was when I went to Incheon, so it was a round-trip back to jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles)... Haha. Honestly, I just wanted to eat anything, but I thought I should try something new in Seoul. So I went to Ilpum Sonjjajang.
