Conquering the Waiting Line: Unforgettable Pork at Chopilsal BBQ Haeundae

This time, I visited a famous Busan restaurant known for its long waiting times:

I heard that the Gwangalli branch of Chopilsal BBQ is also very popular, but we chose the Haeundae branch because our accommodation was nearby!
This Busan trip was all about conquering restaurants with waiting lines...⭐️
Chopilsal BBQ is famous in Busan for its waiting times.
They open at 17:00, but the waiting list starts at 16:30.
So, we went around 16:00 and waited.
As soon as the waiting list started, we registered on the CatchTable app!
When I went at 16:00, it said the waiting list was closed, so I was like, "Huh?!!"
But it was closed because it hadn't started yet ^_^..
Don't panic like I did! Go a little early!
We put our name on the waiting list and, since it opened at 17:00, went to a nearby Paris Baguette.
We waited while drinking coffee!
It was too hot to wait outside ㅜㅜ
This restaurant is a CatchTable Waiting TOP100 restaurant with many Blue Ribbons..!
I was so excited~~✨
We were second in line!
It seems like you don't have to come *too* early!!
You can probably arrive around 16:30 ㅎㅎ
I loved that they served perilla leaves and even pollack roe as side dishes?! The pollack roe was the real star..⭐️
I really like it when a Korean BBQ restaurant has a variety of side dishes like this ㅎㅎ~~
We ordered pork skin and pork belly.
They grilled the pork skin first!!
But when they grill the skin, it splatters *a lot*…????????????
Everyone was complaining about getting burned ㅜㅜ
My family was all covering their faces with aprons ㅋㅋ
It wasn't just a little bit of splattering, it was so much.
We couldn't help it…⭐️
The pork skin was so delicious that I could forgive the splattering a million times over⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It was the best pork skin I've ever had in my life!!
Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside!!
Dipping the pork skin in soybean powder was heavenly ㅋㅋ!

We ate the pork belly and then ordered more pork skin!
