Today, I'm introducing a Chuncheon Hanwoo 맛집 (delicious restaurant) located in Geoduri, Dongnae-myeon, Chuncheon-si!

It's called 'Kkuseokji Dolpan Hanwoo Chuncheon Geodu Branch'.

This place only serves Hanwoo (Korean Beef) that is Grade 1 or higher, certified by the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation.

It's a Hanwoo franchise 'Kkuseokji Dolpan Hanwoo', famous as comedian Lee Sang-jun's 고깃집 (meat restaurant).

It's a place where you can enjoy high-quality meat at a reasonable price, so many new branches have opened recently, and it's very popular among beef lovers.

So, let me introduce 'Kkuseokji Dolpan Hanwoo Chuncheon Geodu Branch', where I enjoyed high-quality Hanwoo at a great price!

Kkuseokji Dolpan Hanwoo Location and Parking Information

I visited 'Kkuseokji Dolpan Hanwoo Chuncheon Geodu Branch' around 6 PM for dinner.

It's located on the first floor of the building across from Dowon Jjamppong in Chuncheon Geoduri.

From the sign outside, there were trustworthy phrases about Hanwoo, such as genuine quantity and 100% Grade 1 Hanwoo!

I was curious about the taste.

Parking is available in the dedicated parking lot in front of the building.

The operating hours are from 4:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

Last order is at 10 PM.

There are plum tea and coffee available near the entrance after your meal, so keep that in mind!

Kkuseokji Dolpan Hanwoo Menu and Interior Atmosphere

As soon as I entered the store, the wide interior space was filled with tables!

The atmosphere was bright, and it was much larger than I expected from the outside.

There were many tables,

and there was also a separate group room, making it a great place for various gatherings or 회식 (company dinners).

We were seated by the staff!

Basic side dishes were already set up, so we immediately ordered.

Kkuseokji Dolpan Hanwoo Menu

The most popular menu item here is Kkuseokji Hanwoo Sirloin,

and the signature menu is famous for its Garlic Short Ribs.

Since they only provide 100% real Grade 1 or higher Hanwoo,

I thought any menu would be at least decent.

There were also various side menus available,

so it was fun to look at the menu!

After much deliberation,

we ordered 200g of Chuck Flap Tail and 200g of Short Ribs!

Since I came with my child,

I chose the part that my child eats well and likes.

The first order is available from 300g or more,

and the remaining parts except for the sirloin

can be ordered in 100g units!

Please note that only sirloin can be ordered in 200g portions!

There is an additional table setting fee of 1,000 won for elementary school students and older.

And, at an unbelievable price,

Hanwoo Bone Soup is sold for 1,000 won,

so I added this menu as well.

Basic Side Dishes and Self-Bar

Next is an introduction to the side dishes at Kkuseokji Dolpan Hanwoo!

Fresh water parsley is provided as a basic side dish here!!! Hooray!!!

It's really delicious when grilled with meat!

And, white kimchi, pickled vegetables, radish wraps, seasoned radish cubes,

쌈장 (ssamjang - Korean dipping sauce), salt

Fresh lettuce and sweet and sour green onion salad!!

Various side dishes are provided.

And, all side dishes

can be refilled at the self-bar here~

Be sure to take only as much as you will eat.

There were so many types of salt

that it was fun to dip and eat them.

100% Real Hanwoo! Chuck Flap Tail and Short Ribs

Now the menu we ordered is out,

and I'm going to start grilling the meat in earnest!

The color is really beautiful, right?

If the price is cheap,

you might doubt the quality...

But the quality is so good ㅠㅠㅠ

I'm satisfied before I even eat it!!

First, before grilling the meat,

the staff greases the grill!

Then, I put the short ribs on first~

It's good to put the mushrooms, zucchini, and water parsley that come with it on the grill.

The sizzling sound when you put the meat on the 돌판 (stone plate) is really 예술 (art)!

And, I flipped the grill often so that the grill wouldn't burn.

When it's cooked to some extent

Put it in your mouth!!!!!!!!!

The chewy texture and savory taste of short ribs are the best.

It's a part that you can eat without getting tired

and is 담백 (savory), so it's the short ribs that my family likes.

Next is my favorite Hanwoo part

Chuck Flap Tail.

It's a part with 기름기 (fat), so it's super soft even if you grill it lightly!

The color is good and the marbling is crazy!!!!!

My husband grilled it so deliciously

that I'm happy just looking at it.

I immediately picked up a well-cooked chuck flap tail

Yum yum yum

As expected, chuck flap tail is just JMT (존맛탱 - very delicious) even if you eat it as is...

Not only is it soft, but

it's so juicy ㅠㅠㅠ

As expected.

Grill the remaining meat right away!

(Husband, don't rest...!!)

I tried eating it with well-cooked water parsley,

and the combination with fragrant water parsley is also excellent!

I don't know how many times it melted in my mouth.

I wanted to add more chuck flap tail.

I'm a little sad that I couldn't eat sirloin because I was full ㅠㅠ

Next time I revisit,

I must try the sirloin and the signature menu!

Hanwoo Bone Soup for only 1,000 won! Cool Cold Noodles!

Next is the Hanwoo Bone Soup that every table has at least one of.

I wondered why everyone ordered it?

As mentioned above,

the price is only 1,000 won!!!

I ordered it because the price was cheap,

but I tasted the soup once

Wow.....

It's even delicious.

I didn't add any other seasoning,

but the soup is deep and clear 해장 (hangover relief)!!!

And, the bones are so big

Is this size real???ㅋㅋㅋ

I'd be full just eating this ㅠㅠ

Be sure to order at least one Hanwoo Bone Soup as a basic item!!

Lastly, I ordered 'Cold Noodles' to refresh my mouth.

My husband is such a 냉면 (cold noodles) lover

that I can't pass 냉면 (cold noodles) when I come to a 고깃집 (meat restaurant)..ㅋㅋ

A menu you must eat!ㅋㅋ

I added a little vinegar and mustard and ate it cool,

and the 냉면 (cold noodles) was also delicious.

As much as it's called a Chuncheon 가성비 (value for money) 맛집 (delicious restaurant),

the price is also the price,

but Kkuseokji captured my taste with high-quality meat!

It's not easy to have 회식 (company dinners) with Hanwoo often,

but I'll have to push for here for the next Chuncheon 회식 (company dinners) ㅎㅎ
