Chasing Away the Heat with Spicy Cold Noodles: A Lunchtime Adventure

It was scorching hot today, so I started searching for a good *naengmyeon* (cold noodle) restaurant.
Found one near the office that specializes in *hoe-naengmyeon* (cold noodles with raw fish)!
Let's go, go, go!
As the youngest employee at the company,
I'm always pondering what to have for lunch starting around 11 AM...
It was my first time here,
and it's a real popular spot with a waiting line!!
But the turnover is fast,
so we got in quickly.

Menu
Today, I came with my colleague for lunch,
and we ordered two *hoe-naengmyeon* and
four *gogi-wangmandu* (king-sized meat dumplings).
It was definitely filling...
The *wangmandu* were on my colleague's card, haha.
Thank you!!!
Hot Broth
The taste of the *hoe-naengmyeon* is like
*bibim-naengmyeon* (spicy mixed cold noodles), but with
the addition of skate (raw fish) and sesame oil, which adds a nutty flavor.
It was incredibly delicious.
It might be a little spicy for some adults,
but it's
very!! Nice~ when eaten with the warm broth.
On the way back to the office after eating the *hoe-naengmyeon*,
I saw a
Master of Living,
*Hotteok* (Korean sweet pancake) Artisan!?
I immediately got some to-go and came back to the office.
End of today's review~
