After enjoying a leisurely breakfast at the Orakai Songdo Park Hotel,
we decided to take it slow and enjoy the day at our own pace.
That's how we discovered Burger Room 181,
a handmade burger restaurant near Central Park.

Places with a great ambiance often lack in taste, and
popular restaurants are usually too crowded.
The place I'm introducing today is a handmade burger restaurant in Songdo that solves those problems at once.
Parking Tips for Burger Room 181: A Sensible Handmade Burger Spot in Songdo, Incheon
While planning this trip to escape parenting burnout,
while searching for restaurants in Songdo, Incheon,
I discovered Burger Room 181,
and I vowed to try it with my wife.
Burger Room 181 is located in the Songdo Central Park Prugio Complex
We arrived at the B1 floor parking lot.
The parking lot connects zones C and A, but
to quickly reach Burger Room 181,
we parked closer to zone A rather than C.
Moving from the parking lot to Burger Room 181 was
quite confusing, and we had to double-check the directions several times.
I took photos of the route from the B1 parking lot to Burger Room 181.
I hope you don't get lost like I did
and get to Burger Room 181 in one go! ^^
Oh, and one more thing...
The free parking is for 3 hours,
which is plenty of time just for the meal.
If you happen to visit Songdo Central Park,
you can save on parking fees by
dining at Burger Room 181 and taking a leisurely stroll in Central Park.

Burger Room 181: A Brick Exterior and Unique Neon Signage
The brick exterior and
neon sign immediately
caught my attention.
Upon entering, the warm lighting and
wood-tone interior created a
vintage yet
sophisticated atmosphere.
You can see Central Park from the window seats,
and the tables are spaced far apart, making it a great place for quiet conversation
while dining.
It seemed perfect for a date,
but the atmosphere was also great for
families with young children.

I was Amazed by the Tablet Ordering + Robot Serving System
There was a tablet ordering system on the table,
so we could order directly without calling a staff member.
The menu photos and options were neatly
organized, making it easy to choose,
and we could select everything at once, from patty doneness and set changes to drink substitutions.
Once the order was placed, the tablet screen displayed the
cooking status,
and a cute serving robot brought the completed food
to our table with a tray.
When the voice announced, "Your order is ready,",
it felt like we were in a restaurant of the future rather than
a regular restaurant.
Thanks to the robot serving, the service was
smooth and it was a fun experience.

The set menus that my wife and I ordered came with
French fries and a drink.
The basic table setting included
napkins, ketchup, and small ceramic dishes for the ketchup.
Thanks to these thoughtful details,
the overall atmosphere felt
even more refined.

My wife chose the signature menu item,
the 181 Room Set.
She ordered the patty medium rare, and
it was cooked to perfection: moist on the inside and nicely browned on the outside.
The flavor of the raw onions was strong
Bacon, tomato, cheese, and fresh lettuce all
harmonized
With every bite,
I thought to myself, ‘it’s fresh!’
The fries were crispy and warm,
and dipping them in ketchup from the ceramic dish
looked pretty and felt hygienic.
The combination with Zero Coke was also refreshing,
so we finished our meal without feeling greasy.

Review of the BBQ Onion Room Set at Burger Room 181, A Handmade Burger Restaurant in Songdo, Incheon
I ordered the BBQ Onion Room Set.
I asked for the thick patty to be cooked to medium,
and as soon as I took a bite,
it was so juicy that the juices flowed out.
The rich aroma of the BBQ sauce and
the sweetness of the grilled onions
created a smoky flavor that filled my mouth.
The thick patty had a satisfying
substantial texture,
and the overall balance was great,
so I enjoyed every bite.
The Cross-Section of the Cut Burger Was Really Pretty
While chatting with my wife and enjoying our meal,
I cut the burger in half and took a picture of the cross-section.
Looking at the cross-section,
the cheese was slightly melted over the thick patty,
and crisp lettuce, tomatoes, and
grilled onions were layered on top.
The 181 Room Burger had a beautiful cross-section with a well-balanced arrangement of ingredients,
and the BBQ Onion Room Burger
was so moist with sauce that
just looking at the picture made me think,
‘Ah, that looks delicious.’

The Milkshake & Fries: An Unexpectedly Delicious Combination
The milkshake was smooth and
had a rich vanilla flavor.
It was delicious on its own, but
I tried dipping a fry in it.
The sweet and salty combination
was surprisingly delicious.
The crispy texture of the fries combined with
the cool sweetness of the shake
felt refreshing in my mouth.
I highly recommend giving it a try!

The Most Important Thing When Traveling with Children: The Location of the Restroom
The most important thing when traveling with children is
frequent restroom visits.
So, when choosing a restaurant,
I always consider two things:
how well the parking lot is located and equipped,
and how easily accessible the restroom is.
When using Burger Room 181, the restroom is
located outside the restaurant door, turned to the left,
and inside the building next to the spicy octopus restaurant.
The women's and men's restrooms are
located side by side.
The interior was well-maintained,
and it was well-equipped for comfortable use with children.

Burger Room 181 is
not just another handmade burger restaurant,
but a space with a high level of completeness in terms of system, taste, atmosphere, and
details.
From the tablet ordering system and robot serving to the beautifully sliced burgers and
the sweet and salty combination of milkshake and fries,
there was really nothing to complain about.
The atmosphere was quiet and
clean, making it a great place for couples on dates, as well as a family-friendly dining spot for families with children.
