I went to Guess Who for brunch. I couldn't find their opening hours, but I guessed they'd be open around lunchtime, so I took a chance and went.

I slipped in through the back door and they welcomed me, saying they were open!

After sitting down at a table I liked, I ordered. I ordered from the digital menu board that moves around freely.

We ordered the abalone risotto and the cheese crust double BBQ pizza (R).

While browsing the menu, I discovered that they offer corkage for a variety of alcoholic beverages.

After the cheese powder, hot sauce, and tableware were brought out, we decided to go explore the second floor while waiting for our food. We were the first customers of the day, so it was empty! Hehe.

The second floor was pretty much the same as the first floor. If it becomes popular later, this place will probably be packed with people, right? Hehe.

Guess Who Bread, Abalone Risotto, Double BBQ Pizza (R)

The bread came out first, so we split it in half.

Soon after, the risotto and pizza came out together.

The chef explained that the risotto had seaweed oil that he made himself on top.

The pizza dough was incredibly soft and delicious. When I folded it in half, it tore and folded easily. There were lots of toppings, and it was nice to be able to eat it with two different flavor profiles!
