She can easily devour three slices of thin-crust pizza by herself.
While visiting Andong with my family, we heard about a famous wood-fired pizza place and decided to check it out :)
It's located on the way to Jebiwon Temple.
We were happy to find a spacious parking lot.
The weather was amazing on the day we visited, making for great photos! ???? Even though it was an early weekday evening, the restaurant was quite busy.
The restaurant is very large and features an open kitchen, which was great to watch our food being made.
This is the self-service zone.
You can also enjoy coffee for dessert.
Be sure to participate in their Naver receipt event for a chance to try their Ricotta Salad!
We ordered the Quattro Formaggi con Bufala, Mushroom Cream Risotto, Gorgonzola Mushroom Cream Spaghetti, and some drinks.
Since my child can't handle spicy food yet, we opted for all cream-based dishes, haha.
My honest review:
The Quattro Formaggi con Bufala pizza was absolutely delicious!
I've been trying various gorgonzola cheese pizzas lately, and this one from Blooming Oven Wood-Fired Pizza was the best.
The combination of cheeses was perfect, and the flavor was rich and satisfying.
The Mushroom Cream Pasta and Risotto were also excellent. The mushrooms and cream blended together harmoniously, and we devoured every last bite.
The Ricotta Salad, which we received as part of the event, was fresh and delicious, and my family loved it.
Next time, I want to try some of their spicier options.
