The star of the menu is undoubtedly the Sanche Bibimbap (Mixed Rice with Mountain Vegetables). The fresh, seemingly hand-picked vegetables are neatly arranged, and the flavors are mild, allowing the natural aromas of the greens to shine through. Paired with Doenjang Jjigae (Soybean Paste Stew), it's a truly wholesome meal. I was amazed at how such deep flavors could be achieved without artificial seasoning.
Must-Try: Doenjang Jjigae and Buchimgae
The savory and rich Doenjang Jjigae is incredibly comforting with its deep, warming flavor. I also highly recommend the Seafood Buchimgae (Pancake) and Acorn Jelly Salad (Dotori Muk). The Dotori Muk, in particular, was tender and mild – my parents loved it.
