A Visit to Aeil: A Charming Wine Bar in Haebangchon

I recently visited Aeil, a wine bar in Haebangchon.
You can reserve a seat in advance through CatchTable. While there isn't a specific option to select a terrace seat on CatchTable, you can inquire about terrace availability by contacting them via @aeil.justpleasure.
To get to Aeil, get off at Noksapyeong Station.
If the weather is nice, walking is an option, but since it's hot, I recommend taking the Yongsan 02 bus. ^^
Yes… I came to Aeil because of this terrace view.
Reserving through CatchTable wasn't too difficult. After making the reservation, I sent a DM to the owner to reserve a terrace seat. (Terrace is pet-friendly) I didn't bring my pet though.
But… the day before visiting Aeil, it was so hot that I was worried about sweating while drinking wine, so I quickly asked the owner to switch my seat to indoors…
But it was cool that day! In the end, someone else reserved the terrace seat, so I moved indoors ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
Actually, Aeil has a better atmosphere indoors.
I wonder if they sell cute t-shirts?
Even the menu is so stylish…
Three of us, including myself, visited Aeil!
We considered ordering a bottle, but decided to go with glasses of wine for a lighter experience.
I don't know much about wine, but it was so delicious!

We ordered:
✔️French Braised Beef Cheek with Siraegi (Dried Radish Greens)
Aeil has many unique menu items.
This was almost my first time trying braised beef cheek with siraegi. The combination was surprisingly good, and the mashed potato side was the key.
But it gets a bit rich if you eat too much…
One of my friends said it wasn't her style ㅠㅠ
Secondly, we ordered:
✔️Bottarga Aglio e Olio
This was really, really delicious!!!!
The texture of the noodles was so good, and the savory flavor made me want another plate.
The roe is salted mullet roe… The menu is unique as expected.
Oh! And I hate cilantro, but I couldn't taste it much in this dish, so it was okay.
At Aeil, the dishes are served one at a time!
I think I took this picture of the braised beef cheek while eating the aglio e olio.
Lastly, we ordered:
✔️Green Curry with Aged Chicken
This was also delicious.
The chicken was very moist and tender, and it paired well with the green curry.
Burp… We ate everything.
Aeil's menu is all top-notch~~~
If you're not sure what to eat,
I recommend the Aglio e Olio / Chicken.
They're already the best menu items on the menu.
This is someone else's seat that I took a picture of when I was leaving. ㅎㅎㅎ
I wanted to sit here, but since there were three of us, we were assigned a side seat in the corner.
It would be a great place to go on a date.

Since they allow pets, I want to reserve a terrace seat next time and visit with my dog.
