A Spicy Chicken Feet Lover's Paradise in Sangbong!

I visited a restaurant in Sangbong that chicken feet lovers will adore! (????????♀️)
This chicken feet place, originally from Itaewon, has a 'pocha' (street food stall) vibe and outdoor seating.
It's perfect for either starting the night or ending it in Sangbong.
Let me introduce you to a fantastic chicken feet restaurant in Sangbong.
Ewha Kitchen Sangbong Main Branch
Located at 31 Bongujae-ro 33-gil, Jungnang-gu, Seoul (Sangbong-dong), 1st floor
It's a 5-minute walk (176m) from Sangbong Station (Line 7), Exit 3.
Operating Hours:
Mon-Fri: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Sat-Sun: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM
Break time: None
Parking: Not available; use nearby private parking lots.

Since the sweltering heat has passed a little, the outdoor seating was already full.
Sangbong is definitely the place for outdoor dining!
The interior isn't large, but it's cozy and feels like a hideout.
The trendy interior gives it an Itaewon vibe.
I visited around 8 PM on a weekday evening, and it was already quite crowded! You could feel the '맛집' (delicious restaurant) atmosphere.
Here's the menu at Ewha Kitchen.
They have set menus like the Chicken Feet Combo and the Tteokbokki Combo, and a variety of a la carte options.
From Chicken Stew to Sausage Stir-fry, Stews, and Hot Pots, everything on the menu is perfect with alcohol.
They also have side dishes and drinks.
Wow, they even have ice cream! Amazing!
I ordered the following:
■ Ewha Soup Chicken Feet (for 2): ₩21,000
■ Extra Quail Eggs: ₩2,000
■ Rice Balls: ₩4,000
■ Terra Beer: ₩6,000 * 2
■ Jinro Soju: ₩5,000 * 1

The basic setup. I love barley tea! ♡
The Soup Chicken Feet set has arrived! Because it's cooked at the table, it came out quickly after ordering.
Starting with 'somaek' (soju + beer), of course.
It's topped with lots of bean sprouts and sauce.
Hurry up and boil! (stirring stirring)
They serve the soju in a bottle filled with ice, so it stays cool.
While chatting, it started to boil.

냠 - (Nyam - sound of eating)
The meat was softer than expected, and the bones came right out!
They don't use capsaicin, so it has a clean spicy flavor.
If it gets a little spicy, a bite of corn cheese is perfect!

Since it was both my friend's and my first meal, we added rice balls.
We ordered the plain rice balls, but they were so delicious on their own.
Clean - !

The atmosphere was great, and the food was delicious, so we ate very well without realizing how much time had passed.

Naver Review Event
They offer either corn cheese or rice balls to those who write a Naver receipt review.
Be sure to participate in the event and get an extra treat.
I visited Ewha Kitchen in Sangbong, which has an Itaewon vibe/outdoor seating/pocha atmosphere.
I enjoyed it more than I expected!

First of all, the sauce was cleanly spicy, so it was delicious even just eating the soup, and the meat of the chicken feet was so tender that the bones came out easily.
I originally prefer boneless chicken feet because it's inconvenient to dig out the bones, but Ewha Kitchen's chicken feet were so tender that I could eat them without any problems.
The spiciness was just right for me, but my friend found it very spicy.
If you're not good with spicy food, I highly recommend adding bean sprouts, rice balls, or corn cheese as a side dish! :)

Ewha Kitchen's Soup Chicken Feet was perfect as a side dish with alcohol.
Next time, I want to try the Lemon Chicken Feet and other dishes on the menu.
I hope this helps you with your visit to Ewha Kitchen Sangbong Main Branch.
Thank you for reading to the end. ♡
