Hello! Today, I visited a famous Andong Sundae Gukbap (Korean sausage rice soup) restaurant,

"Andong Dwaeji Gukbap Jeongha Branch",

and enjoyed Suyuk Gukbap (pork slice rice soup) & Sundae (Korean sausage) :)

"Andong Dwaeji Gukbap Jeongha Branch" is a Sundae Gukbap 맛집 (delicious restaurant) that uses Korean pork

and simmers beef bones every day to create a rich and savory broth that is

superb :)

You can enjoy a deep, rich broth and tender meat

together!

The interior is spacious with plenty of seating including floor seating,

accommodating up to 44 people, making it a great place for Andong gatherings, company dinners,

or family meals. ㅎㅎ

Of course, there are many people who come to eat alone!!! :)

The menu consists of meals & side dishes and alcoholic beverages.

You can use additional side dishes and front dishes at the self-service corner,

and it is managed neatly, which is great!

Ingredient origins are also carefully marked,

and there is a certificate for a multi-ultrasonic dishwashing machine installation,

which made me feel even more secure.

First, they brought us basic side dishes of radish kimchi, kimchi,

onions, peppers, chives, salt, and soybean paste.

Condiments such as perilla powder, salted shrimp, and pepper are also

provided at each seat so you can add them according to your preference :)

Suyuk Gukbap (Pork Slice Rice Soup) 9,000 won

Tada~ I ordered the large size of Suyuk Gukbap :)

It has Suyuk (boiled pork slices) in it, so the taste is clean and savory,

and it's superb. If you add only 1,000 won to the regular Gukbap,

you can change it to this generous large size!

It is cooked immediately after ordering, so it boils in the earthenware pot and looks like it will overflow,

and it is made with Korean beef bone broth that has been simmered thoroughly every day, so the taste is rich

and deep. Taking one spoonful

makes you feel refreshed and healthy!!!

Even though it's a large size, the portion is so big! ㅎㅎㅎ

If you eat it with a bowl of rice, you'll have no other rice thief!

The bone broth soaks into every grain of rice,

making it soft and delicious!

The Suyuk is also neatly prepared,

and it was so tender and chewy and delicious!

I usually can't eat grotesque foods, so if there is pork head meat or

offal, I take it all out, but I liked that it only had Suyuk meat.

The fresh kimchi and radish kimchi were so delicious

that I refilled them. ㅎㅎ Originally, the kimchi and radish kimchi have to be good at these Gukbap restaurants!!!

Made with savory and rich beef bone broth,

it felt like I was eating a bowl of tonic...

I strengthened my body with heat fighting heat!

Sundae Plate 8,000 won

A plate of Sundae where you can enjoy delicious native Sundae

at an affordable price!

The chewy texture and moist taste are superb

It is not a regular glass noodle Sundae, but a native Sundae filled with fresh vegetables,

so the texture is bouncy and

I enjoyed it so much because it was savory
