A Deliciously Authentic Yukgaejang Experience in Ganghwado: Sura Traditional Yukgaejang Main Branch Review
Hello, I'm Kim Bomdal. Last week, I took a quick trip to Ganghwado to see the sea, and I'm sharing my review of Sura Traditional Yukgaejang Main Branch, where I satisfied my hunger!

I usually enjoy Yukgaejang, and although I found this place in a hurry, the ratings and reviews were so good that I decided to visit without hesitation!
Fortunately, it was past the busiest lunch hour, so I was able to enter immediately without waiting, which was great!
The interior is generally traditional Korean-style.
Wow, what's with this atmosphere! The background music is also classy, and anyone can tell this is Korea!
Foreign tourists would love it!
It's quiet and the atmosphere is great, so it's good for family gatherings!
The restroom is near the counter, so you can go there wearing slippers!
Although I found it in a hurry, why does it feel like a famous restaurant?
Is it because you can see traces of famous celebrities who have visited?
We ordered Yukgaejang Noodle Soup + Rice (₩12,000), Yukgaejang Ramen + Rice (₩12,000), and Buckwheat Dumplings (₩6,000)!
There's also a receipt review event, so participate and get a free can of soda!
The herbal Bossam (boiled pork) looked really delicious, so I'll try it when I revisit next time!
Banchan (side dishes) arrived quickly with the order!
(Seasoned bean sprouts, pickled onions, and cubed radish kimchi)
It came out faster than I thought. Can't you already smell the rich broth?

All the basic side dishes are delicious, but the seasoned bean sprouts are especially amazing!
The visuals are mouthwatering even when looking at it again.
The portion is also incredibly generous!
There's more than I thought, and lots of meat!
I especially like green onions!
By the way, check out the chewy noodles!
After taking a bite, I knew this was it!
It's spicy and peppery, which is exactly my style!
How rich is the broth?
It's perfect for a hangover the day after drinking too much!
Next is my boyfriend's Yukgaejang Ramen!
In my personal opinion, I liked the noodle soup better!
Next is the Buckwheat Dumpling!
As the menu name suggests, it's big, and the buckwheat dough is chewy!
It came with half meat and half kimchi, and I plan to order this again next time!
I ate deliciously and finished with rice!
I completed a very satisfying and delicious meal!
So, what's my real review?
It was the most delicious Yukgaejang I've ever had in my life!
If I ever take another quick trip to Ganghwado, I will definitely come to Sura Traditional Yukgaejang!
I'll try the Bossam platter that I couldn't eat then!
I searched online just in case, and as delicious as it is, there are branches!
I'll visit a nearby location soon and leave a review!
