A Delicious Ramen Lunch at Hito Soba!

Wow!
I had ramen for lunch today.
The weather has gotten chilly,
so I was craving something with a warm broth.
I visited the ramen place right on the first floor of my office building!
I've been there about 4 times with my coworkers.
It's a popular spot.
If you go during lunchtime, there's almost always a wait of 1-2 teams,
so I waited about 20 minutes.
This is what the entrance looks like.
If you're waiting, you need to order in advance at the kiosk.
The interior is decorated very cutely.
It feels like you've stepped into a Japanese ramen shop.
The menu features:
Tori Soba
Abura Soba
There are also spicy versions available.
Personally, I recommend the Spicy Tori Soba!
It's not too spicy, and the meat is very tender.
The kitchen is open.
The staff and owner are all very friendly.
And if you mention parking, they'll give you 2 hours.
You can get pickled radish (danmuji) yourself.
There are also small plates available.
Instructions on how to enjoy the ramen are written down!
There's kelp vinegar and chili oil at the table!
There's also a phone stand,
which would be very convenient for people eating alone.
Here comes the Spicy
Tori Soba!
It was so delicious!
Today, my boyfriend came to meet me for lunch,
so we ate together.
Even though my boyfriend is sensitive to spice,
he ate it well.
And if you ask for rice and green chili peppers,
they'll give them to you,
so feel free to ask for more if you need it while eating!
Especially the meat is
really tender and delicious ㅠㅠ
It's full of flavor,
savory, and not greasy.
Japanese ramen mixed with flavorful oil and ramen sauce!
Abura Soba (mixed)
has no broth and is low in calories, making it a popular dish throughout Japan.
The thick noodles and unique chewy texture are addictive, and it's recently become very popular in Korea!
My boyfriend
mixed rice in it
and cleaned up even the ramen I left over.
And then he says
I'm making him gain weight.
Since they operate without a break time,
if you're craving ramen for lunch,
I recommend Hito Soba.
