A Delicious Ramen Experience at Moba Noodle House in Cheongna!

Yesterday for lunch, I visited Moba Noodle House (청라점 - Cheongna Branch), a restaurant said to be famous in Cheongna.
I had been craving a rich ramen broth for a while, and this place definitely lived up to its reputation!✨

Moba Noodle House was easy to find, located in the central commercial district of Cheongna. From the entrance, the Japanese-inspired interior and signage immediately caught my eye.
The interior was decorated with wood tones, accented by black lighting, and featured an open kitchen.
It created a clean and cozy atmosphere.
I visited around 1 PM on a weekday, and it was already quite busy.
Ordering was easy with the kiosk system, and the food came out quickly without any waiting! 👍
🍜 Ordered Menu:
• Set Tonkotsu (₩15,500)
→ Tonkotsu Ramen + 3 Shrimp Tempura
• Set Karai (₩14,500)
→ Spicy Ramen + Mini Rice Bowl
🍜 Food Review:
First, the Tonkotsu Ramen. The broth was rich and flavorful, with a savory taste that was perfect for Korean palates.
The chashu (pork slices) were thick and had a hint of grilled flavor, which made them really delicious. The soft-boiled egg was perfectly cooked and complemented the broth well.
The Karai Ramen, the spicy version, was pleasantly spicy and not greasy at all. I ended up finishing every last drop of the broth! 😋
The shrimp tempura that came with the set was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! It wasn't oily at all, making it a perfect match for the ramen.
The mini rice bowl that came as a side dish was also satisfying. The combination of the grilled meat with a smoky flavor, seaweed flakes, and green onions made it a small but impactful menu item. 👍
🍜 Side Dishes & Self-Service Corner:
Even though it's a ramen restaurant, they offer a good variety of side dishes. Kimchi, pickled radish, bean sprouts, and kelp toppings were available, so I could enjoy them freely according to my taste.
The bean sprouts were especially fresh, and adding them to the broth made the texture even better! ❣️
