A Delicious Korean BBQ Experience at Dukkup Sam in Gasan Digital Complex!

Hello, I'm Gacho!
Today, I visited Dukkup Sam, a delicious Korean BBQ restaurant located in Gasan Digital Complex, where many companies are gathered!
What's really great is that the staff grills everything for you.
The combination of thick-cut pork belly, white kimchi, and water dropwort was simply amazing!

Dukkup Sam Gasan Digital Complex Branch is super accessible, just a 1-minute walk from Exit 9!
It's located right in front of the station, so it's a great place for company dinners for nearby office workers!
After a company dinner, it's important to be able to get home easily, right?!
What I especially liked was that all the seats are divided by partitions, so you can have private conversations and meals.
I visited right when they opened on the weekend, and there was already a group having what looked like a company dinner at the next table, haha.
This was our spot for the day! Very quiet and nice, right?
They provide 7 different side dishes, including potatoes and rice cake skewers!
As soon as we sat down, they brought us the side dishes.
7 side dishes that go so well with pork belly!
From pickled radish to wasabi, green onion salad, and white kimchi~
You can choose both pork and beef!
Especially the cost-effective lunch specials.
You can order both pork and beef at Dukkup Sam!
The set menus especially had great value and composition.
Lunch specials start from ₩19,000, which is a little pricey for a weekday lunch, but you can't miss out on BBQ for lunch, right?
And they also have a 20% discount coupon if you make a reservation through Naver!
We ordered the Baekmi Sam (white kimchi, water dropwort, pork belly) for 2 people.
₩42,000.
Oh, and we also added a cold noodle dish, which was ₩8,000.
Thick-cut pork belly going onto the well-heated grill!!
I love potatoes and rice cakes, so I'm so happy they come as a standard side dish.
The skilled staff grills everything for you,
And because it's a special grill pan, the smoke is all absorbed from below, so they say you don't have to worry about the smell of BBQ getting into your clothes.
Indeed! Usually, when you eat pork belly, your clothes are filled with the smell of BBQ,
But at Dukkup Sam, I was able to walk around feeling refreshed even after eating.
Pork belly that's grilling to a delicious golden brown...
Now, all that's left is to put the water dropwort on at the end!
There's nothing better than water dropwort grilled in pork belly oil.
I tried a piece of the well-cooked pork belly!
I started with the basic salt + wasabi combination,
Wow, the juices trapped inside burst in my mouth, it was so delicious.
It was also so good to chew because it was thick!
Since it's Baekmi Sam, I had to eat it with the white kimchi and water dropwort combination, right?!
I've eaten water dropwort with pork belly a lot, but this was my first time with white kimchi,
And surprisingly, the well-fermented white kimchi went really well with the pork belly?
Eating just the grilled white kimchi tasted like kimchi pancake, it was amazing!
Another combination that can't be missed with pork belly is cold noodles!
The icy slush made it look so refreshing and delicious.
After loosening the noodles and eating them with the pork belly~
It was so refreshing and chewy, they went so well together.
As expected, cold noodles are the perfect dessert after pork belly!
