A Delicious Hiroshima Okonomiyaki Experience at Hoyo Hongdae
We ordered the 2-person set.
Unusually, the food wasn't served on a hot plate but in bowls.
It included Yakisoba.
We chose the Hiroshima-style Okonomiyaki!
This is not Jajangmyeon (black bean noodles)!
The vegetable tempura they gave us as a service was excellent.
The Hiroshima Okonomiyaki was delicious; I'd eat it again.
Although not pictured, when we ordered a Coke, they served it with two glasses filled with shaved ice.
The staff were friendly. The enthusiastic "Irasshaimase!" (Welcome!) upon entering and leaving was quite something; introverts might be surprised.
The Yakisoba was saltier than I expected for my taste.
They didn't provide spoons (just chopsticks, and I didn't specifically ask for one).
I would definitely eat the Okonomiyaki again.
