A Delicious Galbisal Experience at Cheonggyesan Galbisal near Gangnam-gu Office Station
Last weekend, I met up with a friend near Gangnam-gu Office Station after a long time.
Instead of a fancy restaurant, we were looking for a place where we could enjoy comfortable and delicious Korean BBQ.
We ended up making a reservation at 'Cheonggyesan Galbisal,' famous for its galbisal (beef short rib) near Gangnam-gu Office Station.
Even though it was a weekday evening, the restaurant was already bustling with many customers.
I also appreciated the spacious parking lot, which made it easy to head to the restaurant without worrying about parking.
The clean and sophisticated interior, starting from the entrance, immediately caught my eye.
The tables were spaced generously, allowing us to enjoy our meal comfortably. The soft lighting and stylish decorations added to the relaxing atmosphere.

After much deliberation, my friend and I ordered two servings of galbisal, Doenjang-sul-bab (soybean paste stew with rice), and Naengmyeon (cold noodles) for dessert.
Almost immediately after ordering, a generous array of side dishes began to arrive.
Each of the side dishes was meticulously prepared and flavorful. I especially couldn't forget the perilla leaf pickles and Gat-kimchi (mustard leaf kimchi)!
Finally, the long-awaited galbisal arrived!
The fresh galbisal, with its vibrant red color, was like a work of art.
The staff kindly grilled the meat for us and explained in detail how to best enjoy it.
As soon as I took a bite, I was amazed by the rich juices and tender texture that filled my mouth.
It truly melted in my mouth.

The Naengmyeon we ordered for dessert had a clean and refreshing broth and chewy noodles that perfectly refreshed us from the heat.
The Naengmyeon was the perfect ending to the meal.
The kind service of the owner and staff was also impressive.
They carefully checked if we had any inconveniences while grilling the meat and always had a smile on their faces.
Thanks to them, I was able to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant meal.
