A Delicious Fusion Korean Meal at 'Jeong Hee' in Haeridan-gil

It's always a little tough getting back into the swing of things after a long holiday...
I'm going to share my experience at a fusion Korean restaurant called 'Jeong Hee' in Haeridan-gil, which I visited during the break!
Finding a restaurant that my parents will enjoy can be tricky, but this time, everyone was happy with my choice!
Operating Hours: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Weekday Break Time: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM (No break time on weekends and holidays)
Parking: Not available at the restaurant.
You can park at the private parking lot at the old Haeundae Station. The restaurant is easy to find as it's located right in front of the parking lot.
The restaurant is in a remodeled house that combines a traditional homey feel with a modern touch.
I naively thought there wouldn't be a wait... but when I arrived, there were 15 teams ahead of us! We waited for about 40-50 minutes.
Tip: You can use the Catch Table app to join the waiting list in advance and arrive closer to your turn, saving you time.
While waiting, we scanned the menu and chose what to order in advance!
The restaurant has a two-story structure. There are baby chairs available, making it a good option for families with young children!
The 'Kids Car Set' includes curry, shrimp, cheese, yogurt, and sausage. My little one isn't a big fan of curry, so they didn't eat much of it... haha...

Seaweed Tartare
I had this in Gyeongju before and remembered it being delicious, so I ordered it right away!
The combination of raw beef and seaweed is surprisingly good!

Beef Jijim Rice
This might sound unfamiliar, but my mom loved it and finished the entire bowl!

This dish had a slightly tangy flavor, which wasn't really to my taste.

Spicy Perilla Oil Buckwheat Noodles
The dish is topped with Gim-bugak (seaweed crisps), which complemented the savory perilla oil perfectly!

Shrimp Pancake
It comes with a dipping sauce and a soft-boiled egg. They say it's delicious when you dip it in the yolk.

Since it's a fusion Korean restaurant, even picky eaters like my parents can find something they'll enjoy!
There might be a wait on weekends, but if you join the waiting list through the app in advance, you can avoid a long wait.
