The side dishes alone at this Jeju breakfast restaurant were so diverse and plentiful that they could almost make a meal on their own, perfectly stimulating my appetite.
The stir-fried eggplant was exceptionally savory and sweet, a surprising highlight, even though it can be a divisive dish.
Even soy sauce marinated crab is served as a side dish! It was fresh and had a delightful autumn seafood aroma.
Thick slices of black pork belly were served with seafood, which was very satisfying.
The pork belly slices were quite thick and tasted even better when wrapped in scallion salad.
The seafood hot pot is another signature Jeju dish. The spicy broth tasted like the sea itself.
The seafood in the hot pot was plump and fresh, showing the restaurant's commitment to quality ingredients.
The abalone was filled with innards, indicating its freshness. It was cooked just right, with a chewy texture and savory flavor.
The grilled tilefish was served whole, with a crispy, golden-brown skin that looked incredibly appetizing.
The white flesh of the tilefish was moist and perfectly cooked. The crispy exterior and tender interior created a delightful contrast.
A bite of tilefish on rice was simply delicious, savory, and mild. It would be a great dish for children as well.
The braised cutlassfish was served overflowing in a pot. The spicy red sauce was incredibly appetizing.
Each piece of cutlassfish was thick and large. The red color from the sauce made my mouth water.
The white flesh of the cutlassfish was revealed when I cut it in half. The broth was quite spicy, but the fish retained its unique mild flavor.
The sauce was so delicious that it paired perfectly with rice. The soft, moist rice was excellent.
