A Culinary Delight at Myungga Tuna in Busan

Recently, I visited Myungga Tuna, a renowned restaurant in Gwangalli, Busan, famous for its delicious tuna. I went there for a year-end gathering and was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the food was.
Since it was a year-end meeting, I thought the atmosphere was important, and Myungga Tuna did not disappoint with its stunning interior.
Located at 21 Gwangan-ro 62beon-gil, Suyeong-gu, Busan, on the second floor of Gwangan Cheongil D.Ocean View, the restaurant has a cozy yet stylish decor. The seating arrangement was unique and comfortable, making it an enjoyable dining experience.

They even offered sake as part of a special event for their relocation, which was served in small glasses for a relaxed tasting experience.
The meal began with a comforting porridge, accompanied by a delicious soup. The porridge was rich and flavorful, setting a great tone for the meal.
The tuna sashimi was fresh and had a delightful tanginess, making it even more enjoyable. The salad, dressed with a zesty dressing, was also to my liking.
Various dishes were served, resembling a personal platter, allowing us to savor a wealth of flavors. It was clear why Myungga Tuna is considered a top dining spot in Gwangalli. From the popping shrimp to the eel and cheesy dishes, everything was exceptional.
We also enjoyed different cuts of tuna, ensuring that there was plenty to eat. The vibrant colors of the dishes were visually appealing, and everyone at the table seemed satisfied.
The baek-kimchi was particularly delicious, pairing wonderfully with the tuna, making for a truly delightful meal. The seafood offerings were plentiful, adding to the satisfaction of the Omakase B course.
We were even treated to sweet oysters, which were a highlight. The variety of sushi was impressive, with each bite being a treat.
The fried dishes were crispy and tasted freshly made, enhancing the overall experience. The marinated fish was a new experience for me and was less greasy than regular grilled fish, which I appreciated.
We also enjoyed rice with fish roe and clam soup, which was comforting and satisfying. The soup was so good that I found myself scraping the bowl clean.
Myungga Tuna truly showcased the best of Gwangalli's culinary scene. I have a feeling I will be thinking about this place often in the future.
