South Korean veteran singer Cho Yong-pil will be holding a national tour, the '2025-26 Cho Yong-pil & Great Birth Concert,' his agency announced on the 27th. The tour will kick off on December 13th and 14th at BEXCO in Busan, followed by performances on December 20th and 21st at EXCO in Daegu, December 27th and 28th at Namdong Gymnasium in Incheon, January 3rd, 2026 at the Kim Daejung Convention Center in Gwangju, and January 9th to 11th at the KSPO DOME (Olympic Gymnastics Arena) in Seoul Olympic Park.

The agency explained that the tour will offer a chance to enjoy Cho Yong-pil's hit songs, his musical career spanning 57 years since his debut, and spectacular stage productions.

Cho Yong-pil recently garnered significant attention with his solo concert 'Grand Project for the 80th Anniversary of Liberation - This Moment Forever: Cho Yong-pil,' which aired on KBS as a Chuseok special program on the 6th.

The concert, a free performance for the public, was held on September 6th at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul. According to Nielsen Korea, the program recorded a national viewership rating of 15.7%, ranking first among Chuseok special programs. To reciprocate the public's interest and support, Cho Yong-pil has added an extra show each in Busan, Daegu and Incheon.
