A Comedian's Hectic Life: From Obscurity to YouTube Sensation

Busy, busy, it's a comedian's life!
Comedians Kim Won-hoon and Cho Jin-se recently appeared on MBC's entertainment show 'Where is My Home!'.
When the MCs mentioned their busy schedule, saying, "We've been trying to cast you since the beginning of the year, and you're finally here,"
Kim Won-hoon wittily responded, "That's slander. I already appeared 5 months ago, in April," creating a cheerful atmosphere.
Both introduced their recent activities, including the web entertainment shows 'Nego King,' 'My Turn,' and the comedy channel 'Office Workers'.
This led to playful remarks like, "Are you guys just playing around now?" and "Is Kim Won-hoon's era over?"
A Long and Difficult Tunnel of Anonymity
Kim Won-hoon and Cho Jin-se honestly revealed the long period after their debut in 2015-2016 when they didn't see the light of day.
They revealed, "There were times when we filmed for 20 hours and received 20,000 won," which saddened the studio.
However, they said that they never forget their gratitude for the present because of those difficult moments.
Cho Jin-se said, "Yesterday's filming was also long, but rather than saying it was hard,
I always feel grateful when I think back to the old days," receiving deep empathy and applause.
The Explosive Popularity of 'Shorts Box'! A Monster Figure of 3.62 Million
Currently, their YouTube channel 'Shorts Box' has surpassed 3.62 million subscribers,
establishing itself as a leading comedic content production team in Korea.
Their content sharply captures the lives of real office workers, and their relatable comedy is much loved.
Many viewers are showing even greater anticipation for Shorts Box's high level of completion and consistent uploads.
The 'Income' Question That Erupted on the Show, and a Moment of Embarrassment
During the broadcast, when MC Joo Woo-jae asked, "Isn't your income in the hundreds of millions now?",
"Isn't it 0.5 billion per episode?" the studio was filled with laughter.
Kim Won-hoon and Cho Jin-se exchanged glances and cautiously replied, "We have a company credit card, so we don't really know how much each of us earns."
Kim Won-hoon was even flustered, saying, "I didn't know you would ask such detailed questions,"
and Jang Dong-min, who was watching this, joked, "We'll have to open all the bank accounts later," making the set burst into laughter.
The Promise of the Two: 'We Will Not Lose Our Initial Intentions'
The hearts of the two, standing under the bright lights, were still humble.
Kim Won-hoon and Cho Jin-se pledged, "We will never forget our gratitude for the present" and "We will work joyfully with our original intentions."
As much as they suffered during their long period of anonymity, their sincere attitude gave many viewers a warmer impression.
We look forward to the continued success of the two comedians who continue to take on endless challenges.
