One of Korea's Toughest Courses
What sets the Seoul Trail Run apart is its grueling elevation gain and technical terrain. It is specifically designed to foster athlete development for major world-stage races.
Participants will experience the "Survival" aspect of the race, navigating through steep rocky sections and forested paths while managing their own supplies. While there are plans for future events in Bukhansan National Park (2026–2030), the classic City Hall start remains the iconic soul of this particular run.
Event Atmosphere and Gear
Every participant receives a specialized race pack, often featuring high-performance trail gear. As a survival competition, specific mandatory gear (such as headlamps and thermal blankets) is required for the longer distances to ensure safety in the mountains.
