A Charming Day at Dunsan Park in Wanju Bongdong

As flowers begin to bloom in March, it’s time to explore Dunsan Park.
On a beautiful day like today, it’s hard not to feel the urge to go for a walk.
You don’t need to travel far to enjoy the essence of spring; you can find it right in your neighborhood.
Today, I visited Dunsan Park in Wanju Bongdong.
I stopped by without any expectations, but I ended up staying longer than I planned because it was so delightful.
Dunsan Park is a local park frequented by Bongdong residents, featuring a charming little lake surrounded by a deck path.
The entrance opens up to a spacious view, and the well-maintained walking paths make it easy to stroll without any pressure.
As you walk through the park, you’ll come across grassy areas and winding paths through the trees that seamlessly connect.
This path has a unique charm; even without any special facilities, just walking along it lifts your spirits.
The gentle breeze and warm sunlight slow you down, allowing you to enjoy the moment without a specific destination.
Such moments tend to linger in your memory longer than you might expect.
While strolling around the neighborhood, you sometimes encounter cats.
On this beautiful day, I spotted a family of stray cats basking in the sun.
They were gathered in a sunny spot, and I found myself stopping to watch them for a while.
One cat was sprawled out completely, while another peeked around with just its eyes open, looking so relaxed.
What was interesting was that they didn’t shy away from people.
Even as I walked close by, they continued their leisurely activities, almost as if to say, "This is our spot!" which made me smile.
Even in such an ordinary scene, there are days when you find yourself lingering longer than expected.
You realize that you can feel the seasons without going far.
Dunsan Park creates moments like these, where you can walk quietly, feel the breeze, and unexpectedly meet a cat.
As these days accumulate, you start to feel a sense of clarity in your heart.
After my walk, I stopped by the nearby Hoo Cinema.
Have you all seen the hit movie "The King’s Affection"? I watched it on its release day.
Hoo Cinema is currently screening "The King’s Affection," so if you haven’t seen it yet, I recommend checking it out.
Though it’s not large, it feels like a cozy neighborhood theater.
The ticket prices are reasonable, making it easy to enjoy a film.
They also screen the latest movies in real-time, which makes it quite accessible.
It’s a lovely route where you can enjoy a walk and catch a movie without going far.
On a beautiful day like today, if you’re wondering where to go, I suggest visiting Dunsan Park in Wanju Bongdong.
