The closest and highest place to enjoy an unobstructed view.
As you slowly walk across the Yedang Lake Suspension Bridge,
a 70-meter-high observatory tower, embraced by the lake breeze,
captures your attention.
As you get closer, you'll be impressed by its sleek, curved exterior and
all-glass structure.

Yedang Lake Observatory boasts an overwhelming landscape.
Taking in the wide expanse of Yedang Lake, the distant suspension bridge, and
the horizon where the mountains and sky meet at a glance,
you'll immediately understand why this place is a landmark of Yesan.
The interior of the observatory is surrounded by glass,
offering an open view in all directions,
allowing you to appreciate the changing light of the lake and
the colors of the sky depending on the weather.
During the day, the shimmering waves of Yedang Lake reflect the sunlight, while
at night, a fantastic night view shines with the lights,
welcoming visitors.
Inside the observatory, there are photo zones, exhibition spaces,
and areas where you can enjoy rest and meals.
In particular, there are accommodations, a healing garden,
and a food court nearby,
making it a starting point for a 'staying trip' beyond just a 'seeing and going destination.'
Following the Yedang Lake tourist route that connects the suspension bridge, monorail, and sculpture park,
strolling slowly and enjoying the breeze and scenery,
