The Cheonan International Christmas Festival (CICF) was first held in 2016 to revitalize the Myeongdong area and Shinbu-dong while sharing the joy of Christmas with the community. Initially a small light festival, it has grown to incorporate cultural performances from various countries, making it a prominent winter brand in Chungnam. In 2025, it will celebrate its 10th anniversary, continuing its tradition.
