Shinan-gun to Host Onnuri Gift Certificate Refund Event at Jido Jeotgal Town and Songdo Seafood Market
Shinan-gun has been selected as a site for the Onnuri Gift Certificate Refund Event in November, organized by the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries.
The refund event will take place for five days, from November 19th to 23rd.
This event is a joint effort between Jido Jeotgal (Salted Seafood) Town and Songdo Seafood Market.
It is expected to greatly contribute to revitalizing the local economy and promoting the consumption of Shinan seafood.

✔ Refund Eligibility and Benefits
During the event, refunds are available when purchasing domestic seafood or salted seafood products (Jeotgal), etc.
For processed foods containing 70% or more domestic ingredients:
Purchase of ₩34,000 or more → ₩10,000 refund
Purchase of ₩67,000 or more → ₩20,000 refund
Refunds will be issued in Onnuri Gift Certificates, and anyone can participate as long as the purchase amount is met.

② Present your purchase receipt + ID.
③ Visit the refund booth at Jido Jeotgal Town to receive your refund.
✔ Past Event Results
In the first refund event held last September, a total of 674 refund applications were processed.
The event achieved a significant result of ₩12.3 million in refunds, receiving great response from both tourists and residents.
An official from Shinan-gun stated, "We plan to continuously expand refund events in the future to create a virtuous cycle of local economic recovery where residents and merchants can smile together."
They added, "We hope that many people will participate in this event and experience the excellence of Shinan seafood."
